Serenity Hotel Rishikesh

It was very great experience in the hotel. The view and crowd was decent and staff and managers were polite and cooperative. Mouth watering food maintain with hygiene.

Had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Staff was very polite and owners themselves were present to look if we need anything. Had an amazing stay.

Worst hotel and cafe, We have seen that are serving in unwashed cutlery and making lame excuses. When we ask about the same, they have not even cleaned our table after repeated calls and served food on unable staff is very unprofessional and even misbehave. Beware of this restaurant, if you concern your health.

It was Great Experience for me to stay in this hotel, The Staff was very nice and services also quiet nice. I loved the view from this hotel it was very nice and hotel manager was kind and welcoming.....

Hotel was clean, staff behaviour was good and hotel has one the best view of the Ram jhoola and and the Holy Ganga.

The location in the Google Maps is completely wrong. This place is atleast 2 kms away from the river uphill. I booked this hotel only for the location, but were really disappointed. The owner denied the refund after raising this issue. He even didn't receive my call again. We had to check-in into the hotel anyway since we had paid the full amount. 1) The rooms had a bad smell. Bathrooms were dirty. 2) No hot water provided. 2) We booked 2 rooms and were given only 1 AC remote. When we asked another remote, they told to adjust with one remote. 3) There were frequent electricity cuts in the hotel at night. 4) The food

I just stayed at this hotel.it has nice location and view of Ganga Ji is very beautiful from its lobby and terrace. Nice staff and clean rooms with WiFi and lift. Will be staying here again and recommend this hotel to others as well. Its also not over budget as compared to many others.
