Regenta Inn On The Ganges Rishikesh

We stayed at this property for two days in three rooms, and our experience was wonderful. The rooms and washrooms were well-maintained and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options, and the food was tasty throughout our stay. The staff was polite, courteous, and always ready to assist. A special appreciation for Akash Chand, who took great care of us with a warm smile and exceptional service at our table. His hospitality made our experience even more delightful. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we look forward to visiting again! However, we request the management to look into improving the access road, which is in poor condition and affects the overall experience.

Rooms were good but not value for money. Location is far away from centre again not value for money. Service is worst. In the package they offer welcome drink but was not offered the same. Also, a dead rat was there in ventilation duct which was not removed during room cleaning. Again we had to inform them. One day hot water was not available. When we are out travelling and we have to struggle what is the point in paying high room tariffs for stay.

My husband and I had a comfortable stay in this hotel. Service was very good. Staff would reach without delay and they were very polite. Preparation in the dinning hall were very good, tasty and they have lots of variety in the menu to choose from. Durga, the receptionist is extra polite and caring. Took great care of us being senior citizens. The only problem is the approach to the hotel, which is very bad. Very uneven, difficult to walk to the main road.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing, the rooms were neat clean,the staff is very polite and cooperative. The food is cherry on the cake their chef Mr Ishwar Rawat and manager Mr Yadav are very helpful and caring. We got to eat variety and tasty food every meal. I highly recommend the place for stay

Everything is excellent but location is not upto the mark. Very helping staff - Manager Amit khanna, Lobby Manager Arjun Singh, Seema and Rakhee all are very Helpful. Nice stay.

Rooms were quite Airy, luxurious. Food and service was nice as well. Had a pleasant stay.

What they post online and what they deliver is 180 degree opposite. Poorest of the hygiene, smelly rooms, stained & stinky washrooms. I booked the best room for one day but i had you cancel within 30 mins because of poor hygiene. They were cooperative enough to offer same room in different floor but the issue remained. Not expected. And not recommended at all.
