The stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment of arrival, the staff provided exceptional service with a genuine warmth and attention to detail. The room was spotless, tastefully designed, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. The location was ideal--peaceful yet conveniently close to local attractions. Every aspect of the stay exceeded expectations, making it a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended and would love to return

A really good hotel. All areas were clean and well maintained, AC worked in the room. Staff were polite, helpful and respect. Most spoke English. Breakfast was good offering a selection of Indian food with a small scattering of non Indian like pancakes with chocolate. |From the hotel the Ganges was a good 30 minute walk down hill! And the NIKETAN Asram about 40 minute. Which is where we scattered my parents ashes after a short ceremony. I would recommend the hotel and would not hesitate to stay again.

I have stayed for 2 days with 5 rooms booking for family. Rooms: i have given 2 stars for Rooms as rooms are small and windows are bloked with other building walls. there is no view from rooms. washrooms are also small. Location: location of hotel is in tapovan and situated at main road but enterance of hotel is narrow. it is far from city center and you will not find auto from this location. you have to walk for approx 1 KM to get auto. although taxi services are available. if you are with family and not able to use two wheeler than you have to some extra for taxi services. Service: staff is very cooperative. they try everything to resolve your issue. Food: food is ok, not so good, breakfast is not worthed. but you can find good options nearby. Overall: as in this price segment, hotel is overpriced, food is ok ok, breakfast is not good, location is good if you are small group. staff is supportive.

This hotel is located in the heart of the town, offering the perfect blend of convenience and vibrancy. The area is lively, allowing you to explore and enjoy the surroundings well into the night, and it feels very safe to do so. The rooms are well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The food is delicious, fresh, and satisfying, and the service is impressively fast. Overall, it's a wonderful experience in a fantastic location! I highly recommend visiting their terrace to soak up the winter sun during the day, and to enjoy a cosy bonfire in the evening -- it's the perfect way to unwind.

Best resort in Rishikesh, fabulous staff and service. Really enjoyed our stay. The food was also very tasty. 10/10 experience. Mountains with river flowing are worth the wait. The Ganga Aarti is impeccable. Locals are friendly and it has rich heritage.

Worst hotel i ever stayed. ||||1. Washroom shik was chocked not checked by staff before hand over room to me.||||2. Mini fridge provide by hotel in our room but it was not in working condition. ||When I requested to hotel staff for rectification then Mr. Sagar ( From reception team) came to our room and saying " ye fridge thanda karne ke liye nahi h ye bs jo chij aap jis temperature pe rakho ge vo usi ko maintain kare ga" ||||According to me fridge use to keep and cool things but i think hotel don't know about it.||||3. Air conditioning not up to the mark when i Requested hotel staff to check but as per Mr. Sagar from reception "agr cooling nahi ho rahi h to fan use Kar lo"|||| Thanks for uncomfortable stay.

Stay at the hotel was good, staff was very well behaved and experienced. The only issue with the room was no city or any view we could experience. Overall it was worth visit again
