Fabulous Stay at Oscenox Swiss Cottage! I absolutely loved my stay here! The service was top-notch, and the food quality was excellent. Evenings were vibrant with cool songs and a lively party atmosphere, making the experience even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, supportive, and always ready to help. Highly recommend this place for a memorable stay!

DO BOT BOOK THIS PLACE EVER. Had the WORST experience. 1. The pictures shown are completely deceptive. We booked a standard room and they charged 2k for the room. It was not even worth 2k. The bedsheets were not changed. The bedsheets had cigarette butt holes in them. The rooms were filthy. Bathrooms were not clean at all. They proclaim themselves as a 3-star hotel. It's worse than a 1-star hotel. 2. The staff is rude and room service is appalling. We asked for a bottle of water and they gave the bottle to us after 2 hours. 3. The food is very costly and the quantity is too less. 4. We gave the keys to our rooms for housekeeping in the morning. When we got back to the hotel at night, they didn't even clean our rooms! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! It's a scam. They will show you nice and aesthetic pictures. However, it is poorly maintained with dust all over and filthy and smelly rooms with rude staff!!! Absolutely a waste of money! I would have given negative rating, if there would have been an option!

Staff behaviour is good only upto the time they didn't get there payment, they are completely money minded specially the manager behaviour is very rude towards cusy, he is completely unprofessional person . The time you enter the property they just want you to pay, if you order room service they first come up with bill then food. The location of the place is very good but the manager behaviour completely ruined are staying experience.

Avoid This Place at All Costs - A Complete Disaster!! I had an absolutely terrible experience at this place. If you're considering visiting, my advice is a firm NO. Here's why: 1. Deceptive Listings & Filthy Rooms - The pictures online are completely misleading. We booked their most premium cottage, but it turned out to be worse than a third-rate hotel. Dirty bedsheets, filthy washroom, and a broken toilet flush made for a shocking first impression. 2. Pathetic Hospitality & Rude Staff - When we requested them to fix the issues or change the room, the staff ignored us for hours. The new room they provided was equally disgusting, with a broken washroom jet and more cleanliness issues. Exhausted, we gave up arguing and just went to sleep. 3. Locked in Our Room - Horrifying Experience !! - The next morning, around 10:30 AM, we planned to check out. To our shock, the staff had locked us inside by putting a lock outside the room. The intercom was not working, forcing us to shout for help. It took a long time before the staff finally found the keys and let us out. 4. Overhyped Restaurant - Not Worth It!! - The restaurant has overrated reviews. If you have a good taste, you'll hate the food here. Many people, after seeing the reality, leave without dining. The staff is completely disinterested, and the manager sits around, ignoring guests like he doesn't care. 5. Unprofessional & Unethical Management - The manager mistreats the female staff, often shouting at them. There were creepy customers making inappropriate comments towards female staff, yet the manager ignored it completely. The owner, if at all aware, should be ashamed of how this place is run. Final Verdict: A Nightmare Stay. This place is an absolute disgrace. It was one of my worst travel experiences. If you still don't believe me, visit at your own risk--but be prepared for a nightmare.

My experience was absolutely terrible and not at all worth the money. The room I was shown online was completely different from what I got, and the quality was far below expectations. Despite the high charges, the services were subpar. The food was extremely disappointing--not only was it overpriced, but the quality and quantity were also way below acceptable standards. The parking situation was a nightmare; my car was parked 3-4 km away from the hotel. When I asked the staff to assist me in bringing it back, they blatantly ignored my request, leaving me no choice but to walk all the way to retrieve it myself. Adding to the misery, the staff's attitude was unprofessional and completely indifferent. There was no sense of responsibility or customer care. Overall, it was a frustrating, overpriced, and deeply unsatisfying experience. I strongly advise against booking this place.

Nice get together place .. we went there as a group of friends.. fine for a family stay as well. Very nice view of River Ganga and a place to sit outside, have a bonfire and enjoy food from their cafe. Room available at 1800 INR per day in off season of December.

This cafe is a must visit in Tapovan. The ambience is beautiful. Different sitting options available here. One must try non veg here. The best part is they have a bar too. No other shop in this area serves liquor. Smoking is allowed sitting which is but it's worth it thank you mohit ji.
