Extremely Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Money! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I had the worst experience staying here and completely regret wasting 11,000 for just one night. The service is absolutely pathetic - untrained and unprofessional staff who clearly can't handle basic guest interactions. I was given my room at 2:50 PM after a long and frustrating wait. The check-in desk was chaotic, with staff panicking and even arguing among themselves in front of guests. Zero sense of hospitality. There was no welcome drink as promised, and the buffet was a joke - barely any items to choose from. On top of that, the hotel charges extra for basic amenities like swimming pool costumes, which should clearly be complementary in a so-called premium hotel. Overall, a terrible experience. Poor service, bad food, and total mismanagement. This hotel doesn't deserve even a single star.

Not at all worth the price, rooms require maintenance, staff is untrained and rude. When my father called the housekeeping for tea, coffee and milk sachets they forgot to bring the milk sachets so he called again and then came a reply "ek baar me bata do kya chahiye" do we pay for this? At the very first you are not taking instructions properly and then this is how you reply. Now when we are paying 8000 per day we do expect a decent view from the room but this hotel is in the center of rishikesh, that particular area is full of hustle and bustle. Have stayed in other properties of Rishikesh which offers better view at a much better price that too with less or no traffic. The most disappointing part was when i called the hotel for booking, the staff said that this property is wheelchair accessible as we could also see slope in front of the reception area as per pics uploaded on mmt and google, but upon reaching the hotel we realized that slope is very steep and practically of no use which their staff also accepted and evntually their staff had to lift the whole wheel chair to get to the reception area. If you know that your property is not wheelchair accessible then why are you stating otherwise, just to fetch money without realizing the ordeal your customer has to go through. This doesn't end here their restaurant on the first floor has 3-4 stairs too which makes this hotel not wheelchair friendly. We had already booked this hotel as a complete package including Breakfast and dinner. I dont understand why they didn't accepted that their hotel is not wheelchair friendly despite asking the same question several times.

Very nice stay. We were first asked to cancel because of some maintenance issues but later accommodated in bigger rooms with no extra charge. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping staff excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Kids had a lot of fun at swimming pool. Only 20 mins from airport and 5 min from triveni ghat.Overall a great experience indeed.

incase you are looking for good service or welcoming staff.. please dont go here. not at all welcoming. they dont even care if guests are comfortable at property. saying NO to everything. very less options for dinner\breakfast buffets. restaurant staff behaves strange if you ask to prepare something for child. not gonna book or recommend again. worse experience.

Comfortable overnight stay during Kedarnath yatra. Old but clean rooms with all basic amenities available. Our room had no window which was a drawback. Tasty food but quantity was less as compared to the price. The location was excellent, especially for boarding vehicles during chardham yatra. Good service and happy staff. Overall good.

The ambience, food served and location is great. But the service can be so much better. Recently me and my office colleagues had checked into this hotel for a business related trip. There was so much confusion caused by the staff in allotting rooms to all of us, thereby causing a lot of inconvenience to me and my colleagues. Also, few plug points in my room were not working at all, thereby causing inconvenience to me and my colleague while we tried to charge our phones and laptops. Even the Internet was a bit slow at times. My personal suggestion: if you want to stay overnight at this hotel, please consider this hotel only if you are a solo traveller, not if you're coming with your spouse/family/friends/business colleagues.

Everything is top notch. Rooms were neat and clean. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Food tastes awesome and breakfast buffet had variety of items. Property is well maintained. Cheers! To Hotel Natraj.
