Hotel The Shivaay - Delight Inn Rishikesh

Stayed here with Family & extremely happy with the services provided by hotel staff. Rooms were best & clean with all facilities. Staff is very polite & helpful. Hotel has a very beautiful terrace where one can have dinner while enjoying views of near by locations. Food was delicious. Overall had a wonderful experience.

The hotel The Shivaay Delight Inn is really really stands out on almost all the parameters. The politeness & helping nature of all the staff, but especially Shri. Rakesh Negi Jo's behavior who welcomed us and provided with the best possible treatment for 3 days stay. When we went there, hardly any room was available, but despite being so, the room was so well maintained & equipped with all the facilities. Only suggestion to newcomers is that it's best to book in advance at least 2 days ago, before you reach here, when you're planning for top season. Otherwise in normal days, it's best to go directly there as they would provide the rooms even cheaper than the online websites. The rooftop & restaurant view is also beautiful, and a MUST consider stay option whenever you're planning to reach Tapovan, Rishikesh, as it's so very close to Lakshman Jhula.

Just spent four nights at this hotel.|The staff is lovely, very helpful, kind and cannot do enough for you. We were lucky enough to get in our room early after arriving in an overnight train. This was hugely appreciated.|The communication before our stay was first class and many questions were answered.|The room was clean, with a very comfortable bed, a wardrobe which sometimes is missing in India, a nice balcony with sun until mid afternoon, great aircon and a ceiling fan. The bathroom was a decent size and clean.|The rooftop terrace was nice to read and chill on, and we had a good indian breakfast there too.|There is noise from the main street, even though you are in a cul-de-sac one block back, but a set of earplugs sorted that no problem.|There are lots of restaurants, massage places, yoga, Ashrams close by and Ram Jhula is a 10 minute tuktuk ride. Or you can have a chaotic walk.|If we return to Rishikesh, we would stay here again.|Good value for money.|Thank you to everyone there.

Really nice hotel compared to the two other ones we tried to stay in. Clean and well maintained. It meets US and Canadian standards. Rakesh Negi at the front desk was super helpful. Front desk is open almost 24/7. Room service is available any time. They also have a nice restaurant, the food was delicious and well made. I liked it because it wasn't oily and tasted home made. I have stayed in Hotel Shivaay Delight about 2 weeks back. Cleanliness in the rooms was excellent. Food was prepared freshly and were so tasty. Staffs were so cooperative. The location is so near to Laxman Jhoola that you can easily walk through a small galli and explore the Laxman Jhoola area. Overall I was so happy staying in this Hotel

A clean, cozy hotel, a dedicated team, in a great location for those who like to be in the heart of things but also hidden by another hotel from the road and therefore quiet. There is a wonderful roof top to drink chai in the morning and a yoga practice in front of the mountainous views. The bed is clean and comfortable, excellent WiFi, a powerful air conditioner, and a shower with hot water. The team takes care of everything you need, the management is perfect and feels family, for example, they didn't let me get out of the hotel without getting a bottle of water on the way :) There is a cute little restaurant in the hotel, an excellent and clean and very economical, a rich variety of dishes, if they explain to them a specific diet you adhere to, they make the effort. I asked for vegan food and they made the adjustments.

The Hotel staff were very courteous and sensible. They attended my call a day prior to check-in warmly and followed up courteously during checkin checkout. Full marks to Hospitality

Our stay at hotel shivaay delight inn was exceptional! The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and stylish, with great amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and we especially enjoyed the our me time. Staff is too supportive and food is also delicious.
