Hotel The Grace (A Luxury Accommodation)

I had an excellent stay there, enjoying all the basic amenities that ensure comfort. The rooms are spacious, neat, and clean, making it a pleasant place to unwind. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was an extra space attached to the room, perfect for a small kitchen or whatever needs one might have. The food at the rooftop restaurant was terrific, complemented by a breathtaking mountain view. Additionally, the staff and service were beyond my expectations, making the experience even better. I'd recommend booking a stay to enjoy the calm ambiance. This hotel is a solid choice for families and couples seeking a straightforward yet enjoyable stay in Rishikesh, offering great value for money. If you're considering a visit, I would highly recommend it!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel recently in April 2025. The reception, room service, restaurant guys were all very cooperative. The location is little far from the hustle and bustle of the town so good in a way (very peaceful) though that could be a logistical issue for some as the railway station, the ghats & other important places are a little far. But still it is located very near to AIIMS which is very prominent and rickshaws are very easily available. I would give the hotel and overall 9/10

We are there for celebrating our friend's bechorollete party. Before conforming the venue we had discussion with them and they were so chill that time that we will organize a best party to you. On the celebration day they don't provide us a venue properly and food was worst and foods items were also not present on plat (veg sizzler) & price were fully added to bill. Myself being a aiims staff they promised me earlier to give discount on our party especially on food 15% but leter refused. Room were also not good. After discussing with them to these things, according to them they don't need customer satisfaction because they are having extremely good response by others so dissatisfaction of 4 people doesn't affect their property . I'll highly not recommend this property to anyone. Worst management, worst food, worst staff.

Had a good experience overall As it was a five day stay... breakfast was made to order Rooms ..were good....they missed out on lot of things but we're prompt to provide them on request Short staff service was visible Overall nice..stay...with. courteous Staff

It was truly a terrible experience. The hotel rooms were extremely dirty and poorly maintained, with old, smelly furniture. Despite booking a premium room, it was far from satisfactory. There was no toilet paper, no water bottles provided, and the towels were filthy. I would not recommend staying here.

Fake Reviews, Worst Hotel Ever! I don't understand how this place has any positive reviews--they must be fake. The room was in terrible condition, the service is nonexistent, and they only care about taking your money. Never again! Staff manager was very rude, they don't how to talk to customer.

Best hotel in Rishikesh. Really clean room and hygiene was maintained throughout the stay. Ambience of the hotel was great. Staff was very cooperative.
