Hotel Paradise Ganga River Side

I booked 2 rooms and had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. Everything was just amazing. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful - they supported us in every way possible. The service was excellent, and the food was also really good. The prices were reasonable, especially during the weekdays. Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I'm looking forward to visiting again soon.

All the Staff specially frontline desk manager namely BIKASH(as told the name during check inn) was very bad person. He misguided us during our check inn on 29/03/2025. He has no sympathy for guest who are travelled from outside They don't know how to well come guest(s). You will find an unsocial team of staff. Hotel management should check CCTV footage how BIKASH and his team behaves with customer. He is not fit for frontline manager. We had a very bad experience. No professional staff was there. People should avoid this hotel. No parking is there. Location of the hotel is good for Visitors who wish to stay near Triveni Ghat but they have to bear with frontline manager like BIKASH Otherwise better to avoid it. Hotel room was also dirty. I personally feel that people may avoid it if they find better hotel.

I recently visited this hotel with my family. It's is very comfortable place. Gangaji is 1 min walk from hotel. Rooms were spacious, Good food specially chinese, must try. Service was goodour kids enjoyed a lot.

We booked the hotel for 3300, but the monet doesn't justify the rooms the rooms in very bad condition, there are damps in the walls everywhere. When we (checked in) in the room there was a nasty (drain) smell coming out . The location is good but not the hotel. NOT RECOMMEND .

Well lit , cozy and great hospitality at a very competitive price- river ganga view from the window in morning gives very divine feeling. Food is tasty and for a restaurant in a tourist destination the prices seemed very reasonable. Walkable distance ro local bazaar and local cuisines. We started here for 4 nights and each morning from the common car parking area there is a 5 mile marine drive concept walkway that runs on the banks of river ganga. Very blissful feeling early morning.

I'm giving this place 1 star because giving 0 isn't an option. We booked for April 19, 2025, and arrived at the hotel at 2 PM, well past the 1 PM check-in time. When we got there, we found 6 to 7 guests arguing with the reception staff. No one even bothered to guide us on where to park. They claim to have parking, but that's a blatant lie. We went to the reception to ask for help with parking, but no one came. They just kept saying, "2 minutes, sir." We had to carry our luggage ourselves because, again, no one came to help. When we asked for our rooms, they told us, "2 minutes, sir. You just arrived." We waited for about 30 minutes, listening to the chaos around us. By then, there were 8 to 9 guests, each with 2 or 3 rooms booked and prepaid through various travel sites like MakeMyTrip and Goibibo. In total, about 20 to 21 rooms were needed, but there were no free rooms. People were demanding to see the manager, but the receptionist said there was no manager. When asked to call the owner, he said the owner doesn't live there and wasn't picking up the phone. He claimed he couldn't do anything. The situation was heartbreaking. There was a pregnant lady from Delhi who was in visible pain and crying because she didn't get a room. She had traveled a long distance and needed rest, but the hotel staff showed no empathy. There was also an elderly grandfather who had been waiting patiently, but his patience was met with indifference. Many of us had traveled 300 to 400 KM, only to be denied rooms. Some guests even called the police. When the police arrived, they asked for the manager, but the receptionist repeated that there was no manager and all rooms were full. They couldn't do anything. I called MakeMyTrip for a refund, but there were no other hotels available at the same price. Our trip was ruined, and we had to return home. Their modus operandi is clear: I paid around 8664 INR for 2 deluxe rooms, but if someone walks in and offers 10k or more for the same rooms, they'll sell them offline. When online guests arrive, they make up excuses, anger the guests, and eventually, the guests leave. If no one offers more money offline, the online booking guests might get a room. Even if you've booked and paid in advance, there's no guarantee you'll get your room. It's pure luck.

Dont ever go. They are big fraudsters. At the time of booking they promised me safe parking of my car within the hotel precints. When i reached there it turned out to be a fraud played on me. They do not parking. The location of the property is so pathetic that it is better to check in any dharamshala which will be definitely better. They refused to refund the amount paid. I am filling a case against them.

It was the most terrible experience, we booked 2 rooms online through Makemytrip and hotel manager/ owner also confirmed the booking and availability. However when we reached the hotel with family, we had to wait at reception for over an hour and we were told there are no rooms available. There was a police complaint as well against the hotel as lot of other guests were also denied the room. Once police investigated, we came to know that someone from housekeeping is managing the reception and the manager is not there at all. Please stay away from this hotel.
