Hotel Ganga Ashoka Rishikesh

Worst hotel in terms of room hygiene , service & food. We stayed here for 3 days with family & kids. Rooms were too dirty & bathrooms are not well maintained so we request to change the room on our very first day. Also restaurant is pathetic & so is the food. They told us that in morning breakfast buffet will be there but in the name of buffet they served just two items that too after a long wait. Food was totally bland & of substandard quality. No proper staff was there. Even for the smallest things hundreds of requests were made by us, but in vain. Pillows and bedsheets were dirty and full of stains.All the guests were equally disturbed with their services & food. Please don't waste your money.

My experience here was very good. The staffs and the service was top notch. I didn't had to face any issues. The staffs were so friendly that my stay here in this hotel went so smooth. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I checked in to this hotel last week at Rishikesh on my trip to Uttarakhand. I was welcomed and well received by Mr. Manish , the hotel manager overthere .. The rooms were good with hot water facilities , which is much needed in northern states . While Checking out , he arranged a taxi from Rishikesh to Haridwar and helped me to book a room at haridwar through his friend. The Taxi driver whom he referred was also extremely receptive and helpful. Thanks a lot Manish for all your support. Will definitely recommend this hotel to people from south who visit Uttarakhand.

I went to this hotel in Rishikesh 3 days ago, I really liked it. The staff there was very nice..they were talking in a very nice manner, the environment there was very nice, I did not face any problem. it's a very good hotel. People should come here, they will not have any problem.

Not a good place for a family. Stayed 5 days on peak season 1. Hot water is an issue 2. Bed is not so comfortable 3. No windows in any room 4. Power problem very frequently Good stuff 1. Food is good 2. There are 2 staff but they do what best they can The hotel management is jot able to manage the checkin crowd Too many rooms lot of guest 2 staff Connectivity is good from that place . Please plan accordingly

Well, I won't recommend this if you a family of more than 3 members, the rooms are small with almost no ventilation, we have given this feedback to the management too. Recently we went in there after seeing the pics and budget hotel but not a place for a family stay for sure The food and service was good otherwise, location is good too.

Best budget hotel with excellent service. very polite behaviour of staff. Location is just amazing. Just go for it

Although it's a budget hotel, but u expect basics to be right Dirty bedsheet,dirty bathroom The ac wasn't working , when asked they said it's not serviced hence it can't be used After calling the owner, it was turned on 2. Super slow service All in all...avoid better options available
