Absolutely amazing stay - better service than in Europe!|I was genuinely impressed with this hotel. The service was outstanding -- even better than what I've experienced in many European hotels. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well-maintained. And the food... just incredible! Every meal was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

I stayed here with my family in March 2024. We had mistakenly booked this hotel instead of Ganga Kinare sister hotel. My family was upset as this hotel is not on the Ganga river - BUT the staff - especially the young lady at front desk went out of her way every day to ensure we would be able to eat at the other spot and that my children could play at the playroom at other location also. I hope the management promote her because she's a good leader and makes good decisions to fix problems quickly. This hotel itself was clean and food was good & again - the service was outstanding.

We stayed here for 2 nights. This is a sister concern of Hotel Ganga Kinare. Both are located at the main road around 150 meters apart. Holy water is a budget hotel with equally good facilities which provides access to most of the key facilities at Ganga Kinare as well. Major factor being private access to (River) Gangaji. They have changing rooms and provide towels after the dip. They have a small temple with morning and evening Ganga aarti being performed since years. They provide complementary morning yoga sessions at the property which was held at the top floor with open 360 degree view. Besides these, there are other activities also which you can check at the reception. Buffet breakfast at Holy water's restaurant named 'Varr' which follows temple food routine. Do try pahadi thaal at Ganga Kinare's Jal and Jalebi restaurant. Being from Mumbai and Southern part of India, it tasted a bit different yet good according to us. Rooms were neat and decently sized with good amenities. You won't find any plastics in use. Even the dustbin bags are made of used newspapers. Polite and cooperative staffs. Special mention: Ms. Kanchan, Ms. Swati and Mr. Ravi Sharma (Chauffeur) They guided us by suggesting best possible places to visit within our available time and interest. We booked a cab via hotel on rent. The Chauffeur Raviji took us safely via best possible routes and on time, also suggesting best ghat to visit for evening aarti and patiently waiting for us to return at our time. Special thanks to Raviji for contacting us to return our glares after we checked out of the hotel. They all coordinated to courier it back to our residence. Not to forget the complementary bottle of gangajal the gave us during checkout. Overall, Great stay, Different but Good food, Amazing hospitality. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a stay in Rishikesh, especially with access to river Ganga.

Value for money , Perfect for family stay , spacious rooms and well decorated spiritual theme . Well trained entire staff with special mention of Sanjay at Reception and Mukesh in restaurant (Varr). Access to gangakinare resort for holy dip at private ghat and aarti makes it unique from any other property . Overall must recommended though bit far from Ramjhula , Janaki setu , Parmarth specially during traffic jam situation avoid self drive inside Rishikesh !
