Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly good and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. It was a great experience I would recommend everyone to stay at this property without having any second thought also the staff is very nice helpful and behaviour is also nice. The both mangers Honey is a very kind and Rahul u they are very helpful.

The hotel manager was rude and not at all helpful. Was misguided with a 3 day cancellation policy which wasnt mentioned anywhere on booking.com website. When asked for some help or some cancellation amount, was exploited and even called a fraud.
