I & my wife struck gold when my friend suggested and finalized Hotel Divine Lakshmi Ganga for our stay in Rishikesh. Its prime location, not far from major attractions of Rishikesh, is plus point of the property. The hotel extraordinary service that truly won our hearts. The warmth and dedication of the staff impressed us and give us feeling of home away from home. The front desk team proved their excellence at the time of checking in. The hotel restaurant staff serve excellent mouthwatering delicious healthy cuisine at breakfast. The front desk staff were incredible, always greeting us with a warm "Hello sir & Hello ma'am, what can I help you?" I had a great experience staying at Hotel Divine Lakshmi Ganga. The food was absolutely delicious -- fresh, flavorful, and served with care. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the staff - they were warm, helpful, and always attentive, making sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay with great food and hospitality!

Rooms are well equipped and were clean. Nice lobby area to sit. Staff was professional and helpful. I found restaurant price to be little high. The sweet lassie I had was not good. Suggestion - provide soap holder in the shower area. Towel rack near the basin.

We stayed here just for one night and faced several issues. TV not working, wifi not being secured, No hot Water are just some of them. The attitude of the person sitting at the reception was rude. When we asked what can be done if there is no hot Water and can the check out time be extended in this case, he said it is subject to availability. Let's start on the breakfast spread. It has considerable items but none of them were tasty. Sandwiches were made from stale bread and it was tasting sour. No salt in the poori bhaji sabji. They are charging just because it is on the road and is in a market. Otherwise my advise would be to book another stay and avoid this place.

Such a lovely hotel and very kind staff Centrally located between stores and restaurants. The food in the hotel is fantastic. We love your dishes Deva is very friendly and accommodating. He is also very helpful and attentive at all times to give us the best possible service. Thank you so much ~ we feel so comfortable with you all

Disappointing Experience - Unprofessional and Inhospitable Staff date - 25March 2025 (writing same day) We had a terrible experience at this so-called 4-star hotel in Rishikesh. We, two families with two young girls, arrived at the hotel at 6 AM, having already informed the staff in advance about our early check-in request. However, upon arrival, the receptionist, Vivek, outright denied us access to our rooms unless we paid extra for early check-in, despite us already having paid for two nights via a travel agency. We repeatedly requested him to let us check in and assured him that we would settle any extra charges once we got in touch with the agency. However, as it was early morning, no one was available to answer our calls. Instead of being accommodating, Vivek remained adamant and unhelpful, stating that he would only allow us in if his manager approved it. We left the property and went on road in search of another hotel still he didn't extend any help, was sitting on reception and watching us struggling . Hospitality from 4-star property like this is unbelievable. So, This left us stranded in the reception area for two hours with two kids, which was completely unacceptable. Since we had no other option, we were forced to pay a hefty extra charge just to get access to rooms which were not our preferable rooms, by 2 pm we will be getting our actual seleted rooms. Such unprofessional and rigid behavior is highly unexpected from a property that claims to be 4-star. Hospitality is about making guests comfortable, not about forcing them to sit on reception area for 2 hours along with kids, rude behavior and paying unnecessary charges when they have already booked and paid in advance. Overall, a highly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and guest-friendly stay.

Worst nightmare Stinking bathrooms, patchy Wi-fi, back breaking beds, skin burning swimming pool, average food ... all this in the presidential suite that we booked for 2 days. After all this I thought may be one can atleast watch TV but alas that also works intermittently ... had to call the technician multiple times to fix. The rooms were large however the bathrooms were small and toiletries incl. Towels were below average ... the location is right in the middle of the city where one can be rest assured of a sleepless night as the cars and trucks keep honking through the night ... all in all pls stay elsewhere

Your restaurant serves amazing food. The variety and spread is great. I was rather very happy with continental spread, though limited taste was excellent. Staff is courteous and helpful. I would recommend even non residents to come and enjoy.
