Stay far away from this hotel. The rooms are disgusting, the service is terrible and there is loud construction going on all day next door. Also, the main road goes right behind the property, and it is very loud all day with horns blowing etc... on top of the construction noise. I arrived around 11pm after my flight was delayed, to find no one in reception to receive me. I had to yell to get someone to come out. When someone finally did come out, I was told to sit outside in the cold, for the person, who barely spoke English to tell me that there were no rooms available. I made the booking 5 days in advance. Then another man came out and told me to wait minutes and they will clean the room that the staff were staying in. I demanded that the room be cleaned properly. At least someone opened up the office and let me sit in the office and wait rather than in the cold. When I finally got the room, there were 2 twins beds pushed together and 6 bunk beds. I quickly went to sleep. At least they gave me a space heater, as it is cold and the rooms don't have heat. I woke up in the morning to a disgusting bathroom. I am sick with a cold and needed a hot shower, and the water came out of the top where a shower connection should be, without the shower attachment. There was a cigarette butt and toilet paper in caked up dirt next to the toilet, the walls had mold, and the sink was gross. y to a better room or for a refund, and he said to go through the 3rd party bookin*g company I used to book it through. Mind you, the man the night before said I'd be moved to the best room. I will be calling the booking site to request a refund, and will have to find a different room for the time I'm supposed to be here. BE AWARE!

I recently stayed at this beautiful cottage, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The place itself is cozy and well-maintained, offering the perfect escape from the hustle of daily life. The food was exceptional - delicious, fresh, and clearly made with care. What made the stay even more memorable was the owner's warmth and hospitality. They were incredibly helpful and made sure every detail was taken care of. I felt genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout my stay. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with great food and amazing service!

I was impressed by the rating but the reality was absolutely different. The property location is not good if you're travelling via 4 wheeler. So I went to the property and made a deal at 1800. Went down to get my car and luggage. Now there was another person sitting on the desk who started asking 2500. After a hustle of 10min they gave me the room. And the room was dirty, ants were there in the room, and the bathroom door was broken. It worth 700-900 only. Conclusion- Avoid this room and don't look for the fake ratings.

The owner couldn't provide us the rooms so he took us somewhere underconstruction place by the name of Himvasa Inn. Me & group didn't have a place to go so we have to take this place only realising later on that it was the biggest mistake we made. The cottage he showed was not even furnished or completely completed. There was NO AC, NO LATCH ON THE DOORS & WINDOWS, NO WATER STREAM IN THE BATHROOMS. We waited for an entire day for the AC to get installed. Later on complaining to the manager, he came to our rescue & been quite helpful. Please make sure you are visiting the same room you are staying & not some other. Do Not trust the Visuals as they are only pretty looking from outside but only hollow from inside.

I bookedl this (2 rooms) hotel through OYO by making 100% advance payment to ensure 100% confirm book and rooms availability. But when I reached at the hotel with my family, they refused/ denied check in and said that thay don't have rooms available for us. They have already sold the rooms to walk in guests. OYO customer service team also didn't provided any assistance at all. Even denied refund of the money/ payment that I made.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Lovely and great first impression of this cottage . Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service..... Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit soon... Thanks a lot deepak ji for everything. .would like to recommend this to many of my friends and relatives....

Totally amazing place and the view from that is too satisfying and peaceful. The staff is so cooperative The infra the services, all is totally in sync to get the best experience

No access to Ganges. Atleast 20 mins walk. I would avoid the hotel however it's in the center of city making it a good location overall
