Bedzzz, Rishikesh

I originally booked Bedzz for just a 2-day trip to Rishikesh, but I ended up extending my stay to 20 days because I loved it so much. The hostel is exceptionally clean, especially the female dorm where I stayed. The staff made me feel right at home with their warmth and hospitality--like being part of a family. The food was another highlight; the chef "Kisan" would personally ask me each day what I'd like to eat and prepared every meal with so much care. It felt like being served at a loved one's table. The cafe, with its serene view of the Ganga river, was the perfect spot to enjoy a meal and soak in the peaceful essence of Rishikesh. ||The location of this hostel is excellent--step outside and you're right in the heart of the market, with the Ganga ghat just a minute's walk away.||Special thanks to Bedzzz amazing team for taking care of me - Jainendra singh, Kisan ram, Anjali, Deepika, Sandeep rakesh divyanshu Rahul , rakesh Bhandari Mahesh.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the accommodations were comfortable. Special thanks to Dheeraj Panwar for organizing our rafting and bungee jumping activities--his assistance made our trip memorable.

Hotel is located in a very happening location. Market, cafes, organic stores, spas are near by. It you walk down the road, you can get good view of Ganga. Chef Kishan is accommodative of food requests. Food is really good in the hotel, much better than over hyped cafes near by. Rooms are small for family but ok for couples and have all basic amenities. Staff is very polite and helpful. Overall a decent stay.||Important tip : |First of all being first timer in Rishikesh we were little confused about the location. Basically there are two sides of Laxman jhula which are not connected so to reach from one side to another it's around 12-15 kms drive via highway. Since Ola Uber are not operational here the cab charges 800-1200 for transfer depending on the car booked. Bedzz and some hotels are located on the other side so we have to take a road down from neelkanth highway before entering the city. Also the police won't allow outside vehicles in the shorter route so we had to take longer route and park in parking area near hotel from there hotel staff carried the luggage. But if you are travelling in local vehicle then u can go almost infront of the hotel. So better to use local vehicle.

My stay at Bedzzz was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and sweet, making us feel right at home. A special thanks to Jainedra Singh and Kishan for their exceptional service, they really went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We were treated with such warmth and care throughout our stay. The food was also delicious, and every meal was a treat! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay with excellent service and tasty food.

We went to spent some good time in yog nagri ...but For couple they provided us two bed joint together and two blankets.. size of room seems big in pictures but was small space...which is disappointing, moreover the mattress were smelling really bad ..! Food was just okay okay

This is definitely the best destination in Rishikesh, the staff is very courteous and they show the meaning of true Indian hospitality. The level of professionalism is maintained at utmost highest level. The hotel is situated at a quiet location and offers a great view. Food is great and it just feels very homely I would recommend this place to everyone travelling to Rishikesh

Stayed at Bedzzz, Rishikesh and had a wonderful experience. The room was cozy, and well-equipped. Staff was welcoming and quite helpful. The location was ideal, close to main attractions. Would happily stay again and highly recommend!

Stayed at the female dormitory and the room and beds were well cleaned and functional. The ambience of the place is well maintained with adequate facilities and it is a beautiful place to stay in at Rishikesh. However, its location is inside a gully and quite steep and uphill for the elderly. Additionally, I'd like to highlight how the receptionists are extremely unhelpful and carry an unfriendly attitude - the faucet of the shared bathroom of the female dormitory was broken and water was leaking over a period of 24 hours with no help provided despite complaints from me and my fellow roommates. I had accidentally left my right earphones on their outside deck and called them asking them to kindly collect it to prevent it from getting lost. However, they half heartedly searched for it, said it was not to be found and possibly lost, putting me into a helpless situation where I rushed back just to find it placed right where I left it (thankfully). While we were checking out, we requested if it would be possible for them to send a staff to help carry our heavy luggage downstairs, and despite seeing how difficult it was for us especially cause I was injured, they refused to ask anyone to help us cause "dormitories don't provide such services". While I understand the rules, I don't understand the rudeness and inhumanity. Nevertheless, beyond the receptionists the other staff members were extremely kind and helpful to us all the time. One of the staff members accompanied me when I was consuming food outside while working to prevent any monkeys. They made the stay worth it alongside the great infrastructure, facilities and enjoyable breakfast buffet.
