Aloha On The Ganges, Rishikesh

My recent stay at Aloha at Ganges, had a truly memorable experience. The staff was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. A special mention goes to food experience. Chef Mr Yogesh personally came to our table to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. His attention to detail and genuine care for guest truly elevated our dining experience. ||Overall it was an excellent stay filled with thoughtful touches and amazing food.

Had a very good experience at Aloha on the Ganges. The rooms were soo well maintained They were shining like brand new. The view of the Ganges from the hotel was just heavenly. In the evening, the Ganga Arti was just magical. The food was also very delicious The hospitality is top notch. We had a wonderful stay at Aloha Rishikesh! The property is spacious and serene, with well-appointed rooms that offer lovely views. The washrooms had excellent water flow, adding to the comfort. The highlight was the rich and delicious breakfast spread, made even better by the warm hospitality of Vipin, who took great care of us every morning. His polite and attentive service truly enhanced our experience.||

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly , (specially Nishu ), helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained with all the modern amenities. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices for every taste. The location was perfect, close to major attractions but still peaceful and quiet. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and excellent service. Definitely planning to come back!

Aloha on the Ganges Resort - A Truly Disappointing Experience, if i ahd the choice of giving negative stars would do . I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Aloha on the Ganges in Rishikesh, and I feel compelled to share my terrible experience to warn others. From the very beginning, this resort failed to meet any expectations, and the behavior of one particular staff member, Nitin Kumar, left me deeply frustrated and disheartened. To begin with, the resort itself was far from the peaceful, luxurious getaway I had hoped for. The amenities were not as promised, with several aspects of the resort either under-maintained or poorly managed. The rooms lacked the cleanliness and comfort that you would expect at a place of this reputation. However, what made my experience unbearable was the unprofessional and abusive behavior of Nitin Kumar, a staff member at the resort. Not only was he rude and dismissive, but he also raised his voice in a completely inappropriate manner when I raised concerns about the issues I was facing. His actions left me feeling completely disrespected and upset, turning what should have been a relaxing stay into an incredibly stressful one. On top of that, it became clear that the resort was not transparent about several charges, which only added to the sense of being scammed. The overall lack of customer care and attention to resolving issues made it seem like they were more interested in taking advantage of guests rather than providing a quality experience, Aloha on the Ganges is a huge disappointment. The resort's unprofessionalism, combined with the behavior of staff like Nitin Kumar, made this one of the worst experiences I have had at a resort. I would strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere for a more welcoming and respectful stay. Avoid this place if you value your peace of mind and dignity.

From the warmest greetings, to the most amazing views from the property! What made it extremely special was the staff. They are the friendliest and most attentive people I've met in the hospitality industry. Thank you so much to everyone who made the vacation feel so relaxing and healthy. The most beautiful location. Breath taking view. Cleanliness very good. Service by staff pleasant and friendly. Food lot of variety. As it was Holi we had a brilliant fun time. The hotel made special arrangement and decor for Holi Celebration. DJ too good. Teatime was memorable for us, just to sit and have tea and snacks with family around and watch the beauty of Ganges flowing. Atmosphere is really nice. |If ever we come back to this area definitely worth booking this hotel again. |The only issue we had was it's a narrow lane going in to hotel and as we were a group of 8 with a mini van, it was difficult getting there.|Apart from that excellent.

We stayed in room B4 211 at the resort from 25 to 27 April. Top Points of Dissatisfaction: 1. Location is bad, steep incline to main road, no direct access to ganga ghat which given the cost is expected. 1a. Ok location is bad, least the resort could do is provide free drops to main road. They give numbers of auto and taxi which charge mafia rates. 2. Low value for money: Last year I booked Divine Resort in Tapovan, they had road access, 5star facilities, ganga access within the resort and atleast 5k cheaper than Aloha 3. Reception staff seemed overwhelmed and apathetic when concerns were voiced, instead of providing solutions they were helpless. 1 example: 1 staff told me 2k for airport drop next day but suddenly when booking another reception staff told me 2.5k last moment which was unprofessional. Overall it doesn't feel like 5star and rates are not justified until above mentioned things are resolved. If not on vacation and bound by time, I would have fought for compensation. Positives: 1. Restaurant patio food was very good, staff was courteous 2. Adventure activity staff was courteous although we didn't book with them due to slot alignment and cost issues.
