The restaurant staff was especially warm that I felt the need to write a review. Gaurav, the F&B manager along with the captains Maneesh and Manoj went above and beyond. ||The south Indian dishes were nothing special but the northern Indian food were excellent. The masala tea and chole bhature were my favourite. The chef even took my request for making pahado-wali Maggie! ||Thanks to all the F&B team who made my stay in Rishikesh extra special.

it was truly a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional hospitality. During our trip, we faced an unexpected issue with our vehicle, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us. Their kindness and willingness to help in that situation made a huge difference and truly highlighted their commitment to guest satisfaction. The overall ambiance of the hotel was excellent, the amenities were top-notch, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an stress-free and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

We stayed here for two nights. We arrived much before than the check in but staff arranged an early check in for us, it was an awesome act. Secondly the whole staff was very cooperative and we liked the hospitality. Kids enjoyed swimming pool a lot and also us. I thank to Mr. Gaurav Purohit for very well hospitality. I wish a great success to Justa Rosa.

The location is a bit off and hard to reach but once you see the resort, it's all worth it. The place is genuinely beautiful, clean and well maintained. Good hospitality arrangements by Mr. Gaurav. He makes sure the quick service of everything. For rooms, you can choose any, because the size of the room is same in almost all categories only the view is different for which the river is dry here anyway. So one can go for the garden view too. Evening experience is good with some refreshing drinks by Mr. Praveen. Overall a good resort for family vacation.

We did not get a room for over 3 hours since we arrived at the property (at 1pm) after driving since early morning - first they gave a room much smaller than the one shown during booking (in spite of us asking them twice in writing to show exact pictures), then switched room twice, with no working ac. Extremely pathetic experience to say the least. Strongly advice booking this only if you want to waste your time and money. The property incharge Naveen has the most high-headed and rude attitude, extremely unsuitable for someone in hospitality. Stepped into our conversation with the reception desk without knowing our concern and haughtily gave his incorrect observation, showed attitude that we haven't paid much (12k per night!) even while admitting that the small room being booked was his staff's error, and absolutely refused to engage for a solution. The attitude was as if we were seeking charity/ free stay from him. This is the worst sort of behaviour I've ever encountered in the hotel industry, and the man is just not cut out for hospitality. He then goes on to offer a day's refund, while we had paid for two days! It's only after we had to raise our voice (since polite requests over 3 hours were of no use), that they were able to give a functional room. So we had an absolutely bitter experience and no interest in staying here, but had to since money was taken in advance. They gave a complimentary dinner to make up for it, but we would rather have a good experience than free food! Please avoid the place. The location and view have absolutely zero to offer, and the room we finally stayed in had blocked washroom drainage.

Wonderful experience at justa Rasa, Rishikesh. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, with breathtaking views that added to the overall charm. Every little detail, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful amenities, made my stay truly special. The dining experience was equally delightful. The variety of dishes, the fresh ingredients, and the impeccable presentation made every meal a treat. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surroundings. Whether it was relaxing at the pool or simply soaking in the ambiance, every moment spent here was memorable.

The hotel met the expectations since we were received with a lot of love and kindness from each of the people who work there.... the kitchen manager Anil is an extraordinary person, his attention... his speed... his efficiency and simplicity made for a comfortable and rewarding stay since he was always concerned and attentive to our needs... it was simply a luxury to have been in that place in addition to being a quiet and welcoming place. I recommend it 100%.

The resort is after crossing Rishikesh, a diversion from car route to Neelkanth Mahadev Temple. It's nice, divided in 2 buildings - 1 having reception, some rooms specially Club room, rooftop cafe/swimming pool, banquet and activities room. 2nd has the Deluxe/Premier rooms, garden, pool and restaurant/Spa. River in front of resort gets water mainly in rainy season so in March, there was very little water, just enough to have some fun. Rooms are lovely, well equipped with amenities, neat & clean. The staff are polite, very helpful and smiling. Mr. Mukesh Negi gave us some wonderful tips for local sightseeing which was very helpful. The Spa can help you relieve any tiredness of journey or sight-seeing. The game room as well as the pool & garden are very helpful to keep the young ones occupied. The only drawback I felt was that the food taste as well as variety was not up to the mark. Although I did come to know that a new Chef has arrived the day we were leaving, so anyone going now can give a better review of food. Overall, if you have good company with you, it's a nice place to visit.
