Located at a beautiful place. You can see the entire Rishikesh city as well Ganga and all hills around. Ambience good. Rooms okay. Play area, open restaurant sitting is good. Staff needs lot of soft skill and service training. Library has good books collection.

I recently stayed with my friends and had an amazing experience. - Clean and comfortable rooms - Friendly staff - manager was very helpfulness, honesty, and organization of special events like Ganga Aarti - Great location for - Excellent value for the price - food was very delicious I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Great value for the price!

This hotel has too good location...but the manager the staff and the services very very poor....not at all welcoming manager,he even dont talk with smile and they dont allow driver to stay in parking even in car..as we went by taxi....very unprofessional staff members..and breakfast can be better than this....only plus point is location...the road to reach the property is having very bad condition..no light no reflector and the reaort is on height...so consider that point if u go by car...location is absolutely stunning...but too much improvement is needed i. Staff and manager's behaviour..and also in hospitality....the hotel policy is also very weird..cleaning in room is alao not good..

Location: Scenic view but isolated. Can't move around as road condition is also very bad. Staff: Unprofessional specially their manager Shekhar Saxena. First feel of the resort was horrible, unsafe and felt like you are interacting with local goons. Not recommend for families. Food: Overall 3 course meal Buffet was good. Property: Nice cottages, restaurant and pool but lacks hygiene. They don't clean the pool and room service is super slow as if they don't care. They need multiple reminders and you feel to go and pick your things by yourself. Seems understaffed and needs basic training.

I had a great experience staying at Neer Ganga Resort. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful and surve with care. The best place to stay.

Shekhar Saxena is an excellent host. The property has an amazing view of the city. Located on mountain with scenic beauty. Food was very delicious. Neat and clean room. Must visit property.

Our stay at Neer Ganga Resort was far from pleasant. The food was served late and was completely tasteless. They took half an hour to serve Lunch.On top of that, the staff was rude and unhelpful, making the experience even worse. Definitely not worth the money. Wouldn't recommend!
