Experienced Feedback! I stayed there for 1 day night and it was very bad experience. I was with my family. 1. Bathroom floor was not balanced. Water was staying in washroom. 2. Bathroom taps was loose. 3. No doormats in room and bathroom. 4. Wardrobe was not clean. Too much hairs and dust. 5. No hook inside wardrobe. 6. Room was locked since long time so too much dust and seems it was not cleaned. 7. Service boy did not switch on the electricity of the room. I have to call 2 times the. They on it. 8. Poor welcome service. 9. Tata sky was not recharged. We have to ask them to recharge. 10. Overall, it is overpriced. With including breakfast, it was 7000/- per night with single king size bed. 11. No cookies with tea 12. No salad/onion with lunch 13. No lunch/dinner buffet. Only breakfast in buffet. 14. Food are over priced as per quality and variety. 15. Room with Mountain View side is not a good view. Just view of other hotels and then very close mountain. 16. No swimming pool. 17. No game zone for kids. 18. Poor service - asked for drinking water. I have to wait half hour, but no water then called again. 19. No electricity backup if power goes. They use only inverter for bathroom light and room fan. On inverter light in room. And at some time, inverter got shut down. 20. Very frequently and long power cut. You can not use AC, cattle with electricity. 21. They said, Restaurant opens in morning at 8 am. But it starts at 9 am. Very few selected items in breakfast buffet.

Very Poor Service, Room Prices are very high in comparison to their service and rooms quality. Further, no breakfast is included in the room price. I would not suggest at all. I felt looted by the hotel and don't forget to take the complete bill of your stay.

Very nice place to stay, clean and well maintained. Staff is very cooperative and nice special front . Food was yummy and with good quality. Overall awesome experience.

Loved the overall experience , The food was absolutely delicious , do try their new cafe Mount bistro is recently opened and has a variety of delicious dishes. One thing which bothered me was the small parking area which could be made more spacious . Apart from that the rooms are fine, spacious with good service . Also if u are a pool lover , they have the 8 ball pool on the 1st floor which you can enjoy with your mates

The stay was confounding, the view is stupefying. White collar staff. Would like to mention name of Mr. Gautam he was really helpful and courteous USP of the place i feel|The only issue is of hote water (Gyser) also electricity which are basic needs, if they work on these thing they can hike up the place.|Have been in multiple hotels in Rishikesh but this was my memorable stay the view is astonishing.|Cheers Team.

It was an amazing stay. Accidentally I hv booked this place but i had no idea it will trun into a memory. The mesmerizing view of mountains the peace, the fresh breeze, the goozing sound of breeze etc Also the staff there is so humble and polite would like to mention one of the name Mr. Gautam Semwal was just amazing, the way he deals with clients shows how good in hospitality. Beautiful ambience. Will definitely recommend and come back, may in future our path crossess .

This hotel is charging 6000 per night and have too many issues. I would say not a worthy consideration at all.||We stayed in room 405 and 406||1. Day 1 - Room 405 Leaking basin. Fixed after 4 hours and multiple follow ups ||2. Their flush is permanently leaking in room 406. Too much water wastage and no one cares. We should boycott such insensitive hotels.||3. Day 1 - Ordered snacks and tea at 5:30 pm and it came after almost 2 hours at 7:30 pm at the time of dinner after atleast 5 followups.||4. Day 2 - Breakfast is mayhem. They serve cold poha and cold parathas only. All customers were frustrated and finally everyone raised concern and then staff changed food.||Tea and coffee pots were empty and even for that people had to chase.||Omlette was on order and no one received any for almost 30 minutes and waiters sounded confused as they did not made notes and did not remember who ordered what and when. ||5. Day 2 - Basic is when you go to a restaurant waiter will come, greet and then place water . Here you go to their restaurant and their waiter would serve water after multiple follow ups :-).||6. Day 2 - Order food.....waiter ls does not make a note as they feel that they are smart enough to remember and then after 30 minutes when you ask the status, they would show surpise and would tell they never received the order.||That too when restaurant had only 2 tables occupied.||Adding to agony, once order is understood than customer has to wait for atleast an hour for simple food ||8. Completely disoriented staff with utter lack of service.||I belong to Uttrakhand and feel sad that people here are so casual about service and then crib that they are struggling to make ends meet.||||Coming to rooms, spacious room with a good balcony but acs were not working for many hours during our stay as genset was down and could not be repaired during 2 nights of our stay. Very casual staff and when we complained then response of waiter was that sir we had marriage party for 2 days, lift was not working so we are tired .....seems exploitation of labours leading to their disinterest to customer service.||In a nutshell.....visit if you arr okay to pay 6000 per night and can manage with such a shabby service and attitude.
