Nice hotel offering good value for money. While the service could be improved, it's still a great budget option. The only drawback is the lack of a restaurant or dining services, but overall, everything else is satisfactory.

The rooms are spacious, though not the cleanest or most orderly, and offer a satisfactory view. Be advised that parking can be challenging; if you use the hotel's parking, it requires ascending four flights of stairs with your luggage. The food is decent enough, though it's sourced from external vendors, which may raise concerns about hygiene. The room rates are reasonable when compared to other accommodations in Ranikhet.

Very poor service and irresponsible staff. My confirmed booking for 2 rooms has been denied when I reach hotel, they says no room available for you. Yesterday I called them I was assured that I'll get my booked rooms but today they said no room is empty. Your booking was pay at hotel that's why no rooms available. Negative rating from my side for this property. I had to pay much more amount to get another hotel. Rooms booked via Agoda which says pay at hotel. Never been in this kind of embarrassing situation. -5/5 rating . One star just because I can't post my review of not selected rating

The worst hotel,I have experienced. Room are filthy. Never booked through booking.com I have booked with breakfast. There was no breakfast. Totaly cheated. They asked money before your booking. I could say about this property WORST WORST WORST

Good if you want to stay in Ranikhet Market. The valley view and sunrise view from the hotel are perfect. The caretaker is cooperative. They don't have a kitchen but you can order food from outside. Cleaning is not up to the mark.

Pathetic old hotel. Washrooms are dirty and they charge you upfront so that they can charge you if you cancel your stay. Do not go there if you don't want to ruin your visit.

Experience is just ordinary. Rooms are decent in size but very average in finish. Good factors are big parking space at the back side of building and nice view of valley from the balcony of rooms. Also situated very close to the main market. If u stay here, keep in mind that monkeys visit your balcony sometimes therefore take care of your belongings and close the door to balcony.

Rooms are pathetic, highly over priced, no facilities, room service is worst. I will never suggest this hotel to even my enemies.
