Ranikhet club

Me and my two friends enjoy the sightseeing of Ranikhet and Almora. Our trip was awesome and comfortable. I also recommend stay at Shivani Foods And Resort in Ranikhet. All basic facilities were available in this hotel. I also thank to hotel manager and staff for the best service. It is the best hotel in Ranikhet. Next time will also visit. Thank you so much.

The hotel is neat clean and with an excellent view. The quality of food is exceptional. Freshly prepared and goos taste. The staff is courteous and hospitable. Recommended for a quiet break. The hotel also has a small trekking trail. recommended for a quiet luxury.

Vintage... Very old building with old furniture which is not very comfortable.The rooms are near n clean.The food and Service is Very Good...Staff well mannered...

Rooms are old but well maintained. Service A-one, location is superb. Food quality is excellent. Value for money.

It is a beautiful stay and if want anytime you can dine here. Ambience and food are too good. More of these the club construction holds the british style decoration which gives a colonial feel.

We wanted to explore Ranikhet and booked a 1-night stay in this hotel, rooms, and views were good but the hotel staff had bizarre and pathetic behavior towards the guests. They showed some corner rooms and when you asked for a room with a view they just overcharged for it, We paid the extra charges which was fine but with the kind of behavior their staff showed one could easily judge that they had just found some random staff from the nearby villages where there is no training done for the staff. My little toddler wanted to play with one of the staff, but just ignored the kid and showed rude behavior towards the little child. They will only focus on how to charge you extra, they even charged 200 rs for the small bowl of peanuts in the bar which anybody can give complimentary, they charge you for the infant milk, etc.. etc. So families traveling with infants and kids should refrain from booking this hotel.

The only saving grace to this place is the manager Mr Joshi, who is very efficient and friendly and helpful. And very honest. That's the reason for giving it one star as he's the only star there. The club has a British old world ambience. The rooms are not worth a second look to be very frank. The bathrooms are pathetic. The food taste, quantity and pricing - let's not even mention it here. The service - let's leave this blank too. The owners have not provided for improvement I presume. And don't seem to be interested. Sorry, frank unbiased opinion. Their Google maps location takes you to a forest where even Hanuman ji would not go. Strange.

Average club. Staff was courteous, but the club itself is poorly maintained. The parking and entrance is very dingy and not maintained at all. Average ambience in dining hall as well as gazebo and bar.
