Amazing hotel for family and bachelor's stay. Stunning views from room along with great food and service.

The only good thing is the location ,the place have Old school aesthetic but there is no efforts to enhance that. Willing to take over the hotel considering the location and the aesthetic.

Honest Review Stay at this hotel on 24 th Dec 2024, if there is any option to review it minus I would have done that. When you enter the hotel it fill like you are in at abandoned British period room. Dusty bed with lots of pach marks, blinking tube light, never seen before farnichar with muddy cover on it. Uff just horrible experience. If you want to open the basin tap you may have to take a bath from pipe leakage. If you have a good skin then stay one night at this hotel, your skin will change over night and if you can't tolerate all this thing then there will be a option for you , all the bathroom had a secret door, you can leave any time you want. Please don't waste your money and your precious holiday here.

We made a family trip this long weekend and visited this hotel too while exploring. They have a wide variety and quality of rooms available according to the price one is willing to pay . We chose the premium room and it was one of the best rooms available in the city area , with proper cleanliness and hygiene maintained in the room and washroom too was super neat and tidy with all the basic requirements . The room has a luxury touch to it at a nominal price . The stay was comfortable , service was also fine (alittle slow but nothing to worry) and the location is amazing with a mountain view , easy accessibility and very approachable. They also have a pure veg restaurant with up to the mark food and taste. Satisfied and happy with the stay . Nothing like the other reviews.

This is a honest review. Their is not one good thing about this hotel. I got better deal with other hotel la where they atleast served tea and soap, comb brush and other toiletries. The room of price 2000 was too small to even breath and the 2500 one was very filthy and it was not even correct price,they just asked for more because of emergency. My wet feet got black after walking barefoot.the toilet was dirty, The staff was not friendly and treated us like we should thanks them to give us rooms. The drinking water dirty and smelly. Sheats was not clean and the bed was filthy. The voices can heard outside of the room. I got infection after sleeping there so try other hotel in ranikhet but not this. Not worth 2500 . They lie about the price.

Good one on road n good staff but little costly

Date of Visit: June 10 - 11, 2011||Family Trip: 3 Families together booked 5 rooms; we were allotted Rooms 21, 22, 23 and 26&27. We had with us 2 elderly gentlemen to needed attention (mentioned at the time of booking) and 4 children below 10 years of age.||||Booking: We booked this hotel based on its rating by TripAdvisor||||We stayed at this hotel for two days on our way to Kausani. The rooms were supposed to be "Luxury" rooms but was far from it. We do understand that at these locations and the price tariff per night offered by this hotel, luxury only means reasonably good facility. However, we found that the rooms were very dirty and bedsheets unclean. The bathrooms wreaked of urine smell. The attendant was extremely rude and even after repeated requests did not clean the bathroom. We finally gave up. When one of the ladies pointed this out to the attendant, he stated bluntly that we were free to leave !!! The hotel is located on a busy street and the noise levels are very high. ||||Some good points:||1. The food served for breakfast was good!||2. One of the staff at restaurant, who later helped us with the luggage before we left, was very cooperative.

Location of the hotel is gud. Its on main sadar bazar market. But the facilities in hotel are one of the worst I have experienced. In such a cool place you don't get geyser in washroom. Hot water is supplied thorough main boiler for a very short duration 7:30 Am to 9 Am only in 24 hrs. Dont expect a double bed size blanket for you in a double bedroom. They provide a single bed blanket that too very light. No bed sheet only mattress covers. Now price to value ratio Its price should be not more than 500 per day. Its like some dhramshala.
