Worst Experience staying in this Hotel Mayur at Ranikhet.Staff was very rude especially that Manager. He was very disrespectful and doesn't know how to treat guests. Although the rooms were good but it was Staff and particularly that Manager's behaviour that was so bad I would never stay in that hotel again

Very bad experience. I was there in summer. Electricity was out for whole night. Even fan wasn't working. They didn't even have inverter. I called room service several times but they didn't care. Couldn't sleep whole night due to hot weather.

Most pathetic experience of my life. Worst hotel. They are soo rude specially the manager. They give some plastic plates & give excuses like bedsheets have beer or alcohol stain so they can't help it. I am feeling sorry for myself that I came here. Would never recommend

Worst hotel and restaurant facilities. If any one have to book hotel don't order food from restaurants. Food quality is 3rd class and very poor quality.

Hotel infrastructure is undoubtedly good, but unprofessional attitude of staff is alarming.. they just don't care for any of your need. Very arrogant and rude behaviour.

Manager Mr Nandkishor very polite and helpful person. Rooms are comfortable.
