It was really a nice stay at Windsor Lodge, behavior of the hotel was awesome. Food was delicious, and the quantity was more than enough. Overall the our stay at the hotel was pleasant.

It is amazing hotel with excellent haritage look. Rooms are neat n clean with excellent services. Views from room is amazing and superb. Location is excellent. All in all very very good experience staying at this hotel. Thanks

I took people for my retreat and I must say everything was good but the service and behaviour of hotel staff specially manager, Mr. Rajesh Sharma is commendable. Though it was bit out of my budget but I liked services very much. Thank you

The resort is the cosiest, warm, clean, friendly, old world charm, quiet, class, amazing nice resort on a hill. The ambience is class and is very tastefully done. Without being snooty, I'd say it's really class. It has what I would call "character". How about a real living tree going through the lobby area ?!! Rare! Rajiv Sharma and PanSingh make your day to add to the stay. Absolutely wonderful people. Would recommend any day. And will go there again whenever we can. Bravo.

The hotel is an old hotel with good elegance, location and view. But it scores zero on the mainstay of any hotel, hygiene! Scores an absolute zero on hygiene Carpets are torn old and full of dust Blankets are smelling and dusty Curtains are dirt laden Towels are placed unhygienically Room has seepage marks Cutlery is old Thermos flask in which tea was brought appeared had seen much better days Cups and saucer chipped and cracks Looks like the grandeur of the building is being destroyed by unhygienic interiors

We had dinner here only , this being an old world hotel had this beautiful old world charm , high ceilings , nicely spaced out , the menu was also very coffee shop types we really enjoyed our dinner
