From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home - always available, incredibly friendly, and genuinely passionate about making sure guests have the best possible time. And the food? Absolutely divine. Every meal we had was cooked with love by Nishant's brother, Ishan, and it tasted like something straight out of a home kitchen - comforting, flavorful, and authentic. Whether it was the hearty breakfast or a soul-warming dinner under the stars, each dish reflected the local essence and Ishan's talent. If you're looking for a place where you can unwind, enjoy nature, and feel like part of a family, Oakakhi is the place to be. We really enjoyed staying at this place. The way they took care of customer experience was great. Plus, the sunset we saw right outside was like the best part! It's a nice and quiet walk, about 80 meters from the road to get to the property. If you want a calm and isolated place in the mountains, you should check this out. The food was also really good.

Had a great visit at Oakakhi. The view was amazing, the location was breath taking. The rooms were really spacious and comfortable. The Host Nishant was very welcoming and provided great service to us. The in-house culinary was good too. If you're looking for an escape into the retreats of lush green forests of Ranikhet, and want to get away from the hustle bustle of the mainstream mountainsides, Oakakhi is the place to be. I would definitely recommend.

Hi. Oakakhi is a great place to live and enjoy the nature. It is built with great passion by our host (Nishant), with immaculate design of large glass windows and wooden log rooftop. Living in such a cosy rooms in midst of Oak jungle, with all modern facility, definitely satisfy ones desire for happiness. It is situated away from the main road and the walk ways both from the front and the back side gives us an extra activity for fun and joy especially for the kids. At the same time, it helps us to see the inside village and interact with the locals. The sunset views at (near parking) the front side and the sunrise near the back side of Oakkahi was really mesmerizing. The food served by the Mahipal(cook) was really delicious, especially the paneer, roti , daal, paratha, mixveg was awesome , we ate like anything. Now at the end I would like to thank Nishant (owner), who is really a humble and a decent guy, for providing all comfort and especially for the Oakakhi.

The place was absolutely magical. We stayed atthw family suite which was built beautifully wirh wooden floors and a big glass window with sitting to enjoy the view. We stayed there foe 2 nights and the people managing the property were veey sweet and helpful. The food was home like and tasty. If you are looking to go to offbeat places, I would definitely recommend this place
