This is the best place to stay in ranikhet. Old building is just like old british bunglow. Everything here is clean neat and as beautiful as ranikhet itself. Balcony views are serene and you can spot mountain peaks if weather is right. Staff here is extremely polite and ready to help with anything. Me and my family have a lovely one night stay here and we would definitely come back for more. Thank you !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Windsor Lodge by Welcum Hotels, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality and professionalism. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. The view from the room was breathtaking, offering a serene glimpse of the surrounding landscape. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide range of options to suit every palate. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. I would like to thank Mr. Sharma, the manager of the property and a true gentleman, for making our stay comfortable and welcoming. Overall, my stay at the Hotel was nothing short of perfect. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and excellent amenities made for an unforgettable experience. It's a beautiful small property with the most amazing views in Ranikhet.|We stayed in one of the double rooms on the first floor . Everything is wood panelled and gives an old world charm. The staff were very helpful & courteous . |The breakfast room is quaint with a fountain and a glass ceiling. Food was good. The caramel pudding and the pahari palak are a must have.|They do have a spa/massage room which I couldn't try.|Overall it was a very relaxing and peaceful holiday and I wish we could have stayed longer!|A big thanks to Sharmaji, Madhu, the attendant in the hall and the |Waiters at the dining hall..each of them made our stay special!

Location scenic view is the best .but the rooms and the washrrom are pathetic

Extremely good experience in the best heritage property of Ranikhet. Love the view from lodge, the cleanliness and the staff support are also very cooperative and polite. The food was also good. If you looking for the peace of mind then must visit there.

Last week, I went to Ranikhet for solo trip and booked Windsor lodge for 2days and 2 night. The stay was very comfortable and safe. The one who wants to take break from busy life, must go there and enjoy the serene beauty if nature. Must recommend heritage property in Ranikhet.

Stayed in Windsor lodge in Ranikhet around June end.. Great Welcomeheritage heritage property. Food is nice, staff are very helpful and eager to help. The inhouse restaurant makes great tasty food and they are very fast in service. Special thanks to Rajesh Ji who is manager of this property.. He has a lot of knowledge about the places to go visit in and around Ranikhet and always eager to help whatever help you need. We had a great time and wish to go again

We thought this was an ITC property hence decided to stay for a couple of days , but we discovered that ITC just markets it . |The place and amenities were much below standards . The rooms were dark and dingy , the sheets and towels were dirty and worn out and the bathroom had cockroaches and dirt . Though the manager Rajesh Sharma was kind enough to give us alternate room, but I'm sorry to say the place is ill maintained . There was no lounge to relax in and we couldn't sit out in the balcony as there were monkeys around . They started running on the tin roof from 6 am creating quite a racket . |The staff are all very helpful . |We moved out after one night stay only .
