Poor management. They denied permission to use the toilet to a lady who was in dire urge to use it. This made me not stay there and moved on. The owner doesn't have a basic civic sense. Pathetic.

The guest house has got 12 cottages and is under renovation as of now. Two types of rooms are there - The bigger rooms have got tree house concept and have got two double beds. Smaller rooms are for two people. View is very good. Parking is on the road and you have to climb up 100 mts to reach rooms.

Very poorly managed, ground floor rooms had to suffer from the noise from the room above. All the time creeking of wood, even if someone is walking. So just imagine if a group of few people having party. Food is below par, half cooked fries. Parking facility is on the road at owner's risk. Bathroom were pathetic, drain hole is at the highest level of bathroom floor and water flows outside to main room

The stay was good. Rooms were clean and well equipped. The view from the rooms is really nice. The best place to spend quality time. This place is far from the city & as we had other spots to cover, we left early & could enjoy much. The Staff was helpful and kind. The food served was good and a view from room was damn good

They are fake. Owner is duping customers by showing false images on travel websites. Owner's son misbehaved with me. They don't have any one for cleaning and cooking. No cleaning in rooms and owner's wife is making pathetic food. There was empty bottle of alcohol in my room. There is no geyser and mirror. There are and in room. It is my worst experience. Please don't consider it. If any travel website is looking to my post then please derecognise this place from your website.

Food was good and room was given a wooden look which was also ok. The hospitality was extremely poor. The behaviour of the owner was very rude and non - cooperative. One has to climb close to 100 big stairs to reach to the room and the wait time for the luggage to go up and down is huge. The Porch outside the room is extremely unsafe for kids. Breakfast was not available even till 9:30 although committed from 8:00 am. On top of that the owner behaved very rudely. The rooms are not having proper ceiling and the noise of people walking and speaking in the rooms above could be heard all through the night. Lot of disturbance. There was no hot water / greaser in the rooms and one had to call for the hot water bucket and wait for atleast 30 min for it to arrive. Parking is a big challenge as the road parking is not safe and seems like the car is parked in the middle of road. For some reasonable safe parking one has to go close to 100 m far on the road to park the car. Would not recommend the same. Rest is up to you. Does not even qualify for a pit stop hotel!!

I had a pathetic experience staying here. No cleanliness, no gyser, mosquitoes, no toiletries. We paid extra money for breakfast while booking through Goibibo. But we had a real bad one. Only 2 options were there for breakfast - aloo prathas n aloo puri. We got soooooooooooo bored eating this everyday for 4 days that I will not think of eating them for a long time now. No cleanliness in rooms. Owner is always smoking. Don't go by photos n book. As don't get what u see. I vil never recommend this to anyone. We had leave this hotel one day before because of the untidiness.

Wooden rooms looks good in pictures but the Cleanliness is really very poor, you will sleep in the room with mouse because so many mouses were there, food is pathetic and food service is like if you will order in the morning then you will get the same in night.Owner of this guest house is literally a bhikari, worst mistake of my life is to stay in this guest house for a night. Please guys don't ever look at this poor guest house while going to ranikhet
