Nice location, big size room, 50m away koshi river at back of this property, very tasty food, budget friendly. Would have better if rooms can be renovated further.

Location of the place is very good. There is a stream touching the backyard of the place. River is like 2-3 walking distance from the place. A good suggestion in budget if you are visiting in winters.

The place is very well located and Harishji is a very warm and welcoming host. He specifically arranged wifi near my room as signal was a little weak. The place has a river right behind it and it is a very calm and quite place. The rooms are not very pretty but in a budget they do the job. They are huge and bedding is very big. 3 adults can easily sleep on 1 bed.

Before book this hotel i saw all reviews , after that i called the manager . He assured me and said we improved our services so please visit us. On Sunday afternoon we reached this hotel. In front view covered by forest and backside river. Its small hotel but good for nature lover. Garjiya tempal and suspension brije on walking distance by river. In this track you definitely feel you are in forest also feel little scary but its good. We done breakfast with birds and nature on roof. with water sound . food is to good and fresh and not costly . Staff is very good . .

I would highly recommend this one to anyone looking for overall great experience in the budget. This is not a very luxurious property but location & food is just superb. I stayed there for 5 days & It offers great views of National Park as it is located on the boundary of Corbett. You need to talk just 100 meters through the green natural forest to reach river kosi. I used to get up by chirpings of birds & the sound of the river. ||||Staff is friendly & they took me out for a nature walk as well. Food is just great.
