Wild Exotica Resort Corbett Unit of 3Tree Hotels & Resorts

This was very good resort, good rooms, good ambience had that good touch of being in forest region loved there bamboo tree decoration.... Had a big swimming pool food was also good

I write this review as I finished my stay at wild exotica. We had booked a family room for 1 night stay with 2 kids. When I was searching for good places to stay in jim Corbett I checked many options and after much deliberation I went for this and it was a very good decision. The family room is very spacious, very clean and good ventilation! The staff are very cordial and friendly and accomodated every request of ours. The pool was very clean and well maintained! The food was also tasty. One request though would be to have a bit more of local cuisine. Irrespective of the Corbett zone you are planning to go on safari you can opt for this. It may sound a bit expensive but value for money is guaranteed! Thank you for the wonderful experience and ofcourse icing on the cake for us was tiger sighting at garija zone!!?

The place is good to stay. Ambience is good. However you may find it difficult to reach as it is situated slightly inside. Though the staff is good but it seems that they are running short of staff to manage the rush in peak season.Would recommend to add some more items in the food menu. Staff is polite. Cleanliness in washrooms can be improved. Overall good experience.

One of the worst stay ever experienced. They show themselves as an 4- star hotel and the service and amenities they provide are not even lodge equivalent. If you need to have dinner, please order the food by lunch time itself. That's how fast they are. All basic amenities had to be requested and don't be surprised if you need to follow up atleast 5-10 times to get the things. Very low maintained rooms. Cleanliness is out of dictionary in this resort and be ready to hunt cockroaches. After your stay here, you will start hating telephones as you would have used that telephone in the room more than any other equipments/amenities (even your mobile had to sleep in your pocket as you were busy using the telephone) to request things, follow-ups and making complaints. Very unprofessional and lethargic responses are always to be expected when you gonna stay here. One of the best activity you can experience here is multiple customers coming up and complain on the services/amenities provided or ordeal faced by them.

The stay at the resort was excellent n it was an enjoyable experience for the whole family.Pool and ambience of place is very soothing n refreshing. The buffet meals are well prepared with plenty of options. Some more can be added for catering kids. The parking facility can be further improved.But it's an overall enjoyable experience. The safari booked from resort was very nice and well trained. Must to watch!!!!

The hotel is said to be 4 star property but it is less than 1 star. The price is 8500 for superior room including bf and lunch. The package included welcome drink but we were not served anything and I had to ask for it The room was so stinky and bathroom was not cleaned with hairs on the drainage pipe. The swimming pool was so dirty and the water was not clear. The property is not maintained at all with no grass, sitting place. A person cannot sit outside if they wish to. The package included buffet but there was just 4-5 items in totality. Nothing was good at this place and totally a money wastage. The site mentioned it is opp to lake but it is all false. I visited near by resort like treasure hunt and they were well so maintained Would not recommend at all

Had such horrid experience at the resort. Firstly, there was no board or hoarding to navigate through the resort which was in the interiors . Secondly , when we entered the resort the place was entirely opposite as against what was shown in google images . Anyhow, when we checked in we found out that the lock of one of the rooms was broken .. we got that fixed later. We happened to order lunch and the food was so stale that we had to return it immediately. The property is just not worth visiting . We checked out within 2 hours and want to help other people from having a bad experience. The worst part being that the manager who got out booking done never picked up our calls when we tried to raise concerns. Absolutely unprofessional approach by the lady . #fraud#worstexperience

We loved the place, service, staff behaviour and what not. Mr. Salman had given us amazing service during breakfast which was way beyond our expectations. It was a very pleasant stay here. They also provided a room heater without any additional charges. I strongly recommend this place for wonderful experience..
