La Savanna by DL Hotels & Resorts

It was a great experience. The resort was nestled inside the Jim Corbett range. The views were very scenic. The food was also good. Everybody had a gala time at the pool. The vibe added a perfect cherry on top to the trip. They also have swings inside for the kids.

I had the most wonderful experience staying at La Savanna Hotel in Jim Corbett! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff went out of their way to ensure that every need was met, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of both local and international dishes. Each meal was freshly prepared and bursting with flavor. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, with a mix of healthy options and indulgent treats. Every dish was perfectly seasoned, and the service was quick and attentive. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with the natural beauty of Jim Corbett. The surroundings are peaceful, and the proximity to the national park made it the perfect retreat for nature lovers. Overall, La Savanna is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Jim Corbett. The combination of great food, excellent service, and a serene environment made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at La Savanna by DL Hotels & Resorts for a night, and my experience was mostly positive. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with a clean and inviting ambiance. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. However, the food was a bit of a letdown. While the service was good, the food quality didn't quite meet expectations. It lacked the flavor and freshness I was hoping for, which is an area the hotel could definitely work on to enhance the overall experience. That said, the staff were polite and attentive, making sure the stay was smooth and comfortable. With some improvements in the food department, this property could be an excellent choice. Amazing service, food quality was just like home made, staff made special efforts to provide us jain food, also provided customised choice for food menu. Ramesh, the manager was very friendly, guided us in detail about safari trip. He arranged live music, provided screen to enjoy the evening music in open area, swimming pool was very well maintained, clean water. Gaming zone was another time pass with TT and snooker in the hotel. Camel ride and elephant ride was nearby. Location is very good. The hotel manager Mr. Rahul made sure our stay was excellent.

We booked the property 15 days in advance and payment was done but they cancelled it stating high demand. How can there be a high demand when booking is already done. Now if someone pay more they will cancel the previous booking and not sure how much money they want. Its not a 5 star property and I hope someone needs to give them a reality check. Very unprofessional behaviour and I don't recommend anyone to book their property.

We stayed there for an event and got a poor kind of room (102) where door was not opening fully, geyser was not working, electric kettle was not working and even it didn't have enough space. We had to call staff multiple times and had to go to the reception as there door lock card was not working. In the morning, their flush stopped working. We had to call them and ask them to take another room hence couldn't leave hotel on time. Though service was nice. But there is no option for breakfast in early morning.

We had a brilliant experience staying at LaSavanna. The hotel staff was very helpful. They were quick to address the concerns we raised regarding the room. However the food was average quality but the staffs are polite and extremely helpful. I will visit again It looks small from the outside, but its decent size after you get in.

Value hotel. Good food. Good service. Just that the photographs in their website are really way too good to create a totally different perception and expectation
