Recently we have stayed here for 2 nights during our Ramnagar Trip. Property located near Railway station and Bus depot. Only few optipns nearby for food, however Zomato and Swiggy delivers the food at property from other restaurants. Outside food allowed is plus point for us to explore local restaurants located far away. Transportation connectivity in early morning and night is not available, so special booking to be done in advance if Canter ride scheduled for Morning slot. Owner was very helpful and friendly with us during our stay. Overall great experience to stay here and cherry on cake was we spotted Tiger during our Safari!! I would recommend others to stay here if have personal vehicle for transportation and like to stay with peace and calmness.

Quiet peaceful place. Clean and comfortable. On dhela road, good for a stay if you want to have a safari at dhela gate

Best location, neat and clean room. Owner Sri Ranaji is very polite and co-operative.

Good for one night stay only. Book only if you want to stay near Ramnagar Railway and Bus station. Food options are very limited. Rooms need paint touch up.

My experience with this hotel was disappointing from start to finish. The service was beyond pathetic, and the hostel staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I attempted to provide feedback on Google Maps and saw how they are treating people who are exposing their so called hotel they can't even take criticism. how fragile the owner's ego is bro started talking about price that you'll afford only this much for 900 Dude that is degrading your value not customer's be wise with your word lol chomu owner learn some manners and grow up kid. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and only degrades their reputation further. I would strongly advise against staying here.

First of all It is homestay charging the fee of a resort.The room was neat and clean but the overall ambience was not good. The AC was so slow cooling the room took 4hrs to cool a bit. The staff at the reception looked at us when we arrived as why did we come there. They were not at all polite and the service was super slow. As our breakfast and dinner was included we expected a buffet atleast have 2 options. They served us dinner at 9:30 PM. The mix veg vegetable was only containing potatoes and other stale vegetables. This was a very bad experience .

The gentleman at the reception is very co-operative. This is a simple, clean, comfortable hotel. Please inform about food preference/orders in advance. They serve only vegetarian food (but there is a Copper restaurant near the hotel for non-vegetarian food options).

we reserved two rooms in this hotel. If I could give it 0 stars then I wouldn't hesitate. It was the worst experience ever. The hotel staff was not cooperative at all. The ac did not work. The electricity came for an hour and then went for three hours. The staff did not on the inverter as well. The bathrooms were stinking and the sheets were extremely filthy. No amenities. Only a chessboard. The food was not good. The dal was diluted. 70 per cent was water in the dal fry. The food was not great.
