I recently stayed at Suvasa Resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The hospitality at the resort was incredibly poor. There was no management and few young local boys staff were trying to serve customers. The services offered at the resort were also subpar. Housekeeping was irregular, and the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. Additionally, there were several maintenance issues that were not addressed promptly. One of the most disappointing aspects was the lack of a play area for kids. Families with children should be aware that this resort does not cater to young ones in any meaningful way. The absence of kid-friendly amenities made our stay less enjoyable for our children. Moreover, the food at the resort was highly overpriced, and the quality did not justify the steep prices. The limited menu options and the mediocre taste further added to our dissatisfaction. Overall, Resort did not meet our expectations, and we left feeling very disappointed. I would not recommend this resort to others, especially families with children or those looking for a value-for-money experience.

Avoid at all costs!! Pathetic Writing the review from the resort itself. Booked 3 rooms for 3 nights and has been one of the worst decisions to book this hotel. Rooms - Rooms don't match with the images shown on website. Rooms are hot and stuffy. There is a table fan only, which is incapable of proper air circulation in room. This is when, it was raining outside. During sunny days it's impossible to stay in these rooms. The bed size is very small. In one of the rooms, they have put two single beds together to pass it off as king bed. Other rooms also have queen size beds only and not king size beds. Bathrooms - Bathrooms are terribly stinky for all 3 rooms, and can be used only after spraying deodorant or room freshener. There is no separate wet and dry area. After taking shower, the whole bathroom is wet and to make matters worse, they have put glossy tiles on floor, which are super slippery when wet. Location - The hotel is located approximately 6 kms off Ramgarh Market. And this 6 kms is all downhill. Hence it's almost 1500 feet lower than Ramgarh market. The picture they have posted on website, it seems like it's on hilltop. There is no shop or anything nearby for almost 6 kms. And considering the road, this 6 kms is a long long distance. Food - Very ordinary and insanely expensive. Paneer dishes cost over Rs. 800/-. Food quality is very average. The ambience of restaurant is such, that one doesn't feel like sitting in it. Very dark and dingy. The options in buffet breakfast are very limited. Service - Staff is courteous, but they cannot overcome infrastructure flaws. Mr Jeevan, is the manager and would caution you to rely on what he tells. I talked to him before booking and he said that this hotel is located on hilltop, while it's not even at Ramgarh Market level. The hotel is neither owned nor managed by Leisure Hotels, they are just marketing it. We booked it thinking there will be a minimum standard of leisure hotels. Actually, leisure hotels are spoiling their own brand name. The only good thing about this hotel is the lobby outside of rooms, where one can sit for sometime. But, that area is unusable when weather is hot. Overall, def not a property to recommend to anyone. Rather, would advise to avoid it. For us, it has been very disappointing and frustrating holiday Second review of the property. Or more about the manager Jeevan. Is there any way to rate it below 1 star? The manager Jeevan is the worst kind of person in hospitality industry. Any complaint made to him, and he will unnecessarily argue. Asked the chef at the time of breakfast to give one sandwich. The manager Jeevan told chef not to give it. And started arguing that sandwich cannot be given. I asked him, what is the problem in giving a sandwich, he just has to put cucumber and grill it. Not asking for any fancy sandwich. But the person won't budge and argued unnecessarily. This person will ensure that the property shuts down. Never seen a person with this kind of attitude in hospitality industry. Suggestion to owners - If you want to save your property, replace your manager with a competent person.
Pathetic resort. Rooms as shown on website and the room given are totally different. Picture attached. Manager Jeevan is very rude and arrogant person. They provide bottled water only at time of checkout and post that they provide RO (supposedly) water. They provide RO water in used mineral water bottles, which they pick from the bins after they are discarded by the guests. Totally unhygienic and pathetic. Location is also much lower than main Ramgarh road. Try and avoid the place.
