The Shangrila Resort

Staff is highly polite and professional. Hotel manager is very supportive. Overall great service but this property is old, not maintained. Rooms and washrooms are very dirty, blankets and mattresses are old and unhygienic. Staff doesn't respond on intercom.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was very good too. Their dining hall staffs we very obliging. The manager, Divyendu was very helpful and assisted us during our stay. Thank you to all the staffs.

Don't go by rating, I did the same. Rooms are old and not maintained. Showers not working. No backup for heavy appliances. Lots of mosquito in rooms. No clean water. After this, I didn't tried food so that I can't comment.

Rooms were a tad bit small but was comfortable all along.

This resort is located conveniently mid way between various Dhams and Dehradun. It has been tastefully done up and all the human comforts are provided. Well maintained and clean. The staff is very helpful and eager to go out of the way to support the customers.
