Saraiville- Luxury Riverside Retreat

This place can be an extremely bad showdown or a fine experience based on how many people are coming to stay. We were a group of college friends who went with our families total 5 families with kids, purely basis the reviews and landscape but when we reached it was a shock. One, the property was under construction so it had a lot of labourers working all throughout the day so going into the pool was a task. The rooms only two of them were maintained to 3* property level. Else the rest 3 rooms were so badly maintained where probably the support staff could sleep. Since we all went as a group a chaos happened in room selection and provided a bad taste to our whole plan. Thankfully we kept our spirits alive and managed to stay. Think 10 times before booking this property. If two families are going it should be fine provided you get those 3* rooms. They are understaffed as well. Though one guy Ajay was extremely nice managed to keep us all happy but how much one can do. So take your call accordingly.

It is a property still being developed. There are 3 cottages with 2 Bedroom arrangement and is ideal for a family and small group. Location is reasonable good, located at a quite place and near to a river subsidiary. Owner needs to make the service more professional by having some dress for team, intercom for ordering food, quilt covers etc. May be once the construction gets over, the property will be more serviceable. The price per night is relatively higher in comparison to service. Anything above 5000 per night does not justify as of now. Property needs to be developed and managed more professionally to demand tariff of 5000 and above.

Nice place with great ambience for especially family. Food is just awesome. Staff is very polite and helpful. The resort has all the best amenities with a best pool offered . Highly recommended for a peaceful stay .

The resort is located on the outskirts of Dehradun, close to the UPES campus. While it is a bit far from the city, it offers a serene and peaceful environment, making it an ideal spot for those seeking tranquility. I had an amazing stay at Saraiville's Pinewood Cottage! The mountain views were beautiful, and the peaceful vibe was exactly what I needed. The private jacuzzi was a great touch, and I loved the movie nights with the projector--so cozy! The garden was lovely, and the river activities were a fun way to spend the day. Overall, it was the perfect getaway, super relaxing and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice escape!

they did not inform us that construction is going on in the property which troubled our sleep early morning. Food menu they have is very basic nothing extraordinary i stayed in cottage no. 3 don't know about other cottages the washrooms are bad here even the shower wasn't working properly
