Lake View Camping in Tehri- Jaulangi Village View Point

I, along with my three friends visited Jaulangi Village View Point - Home stay & camping. If you like to spend your weekend in peace and away from the crowd, this is the perfect place for you. Nature is so beautiful here... Specially the sun set view. The place is surrounded by hills.... The night under the open sky is just awesome... Sleeping inside the tent gives you pure adventure fill. Location was very awesome. Staff is very good and helping. They take care of your every need. Food was also very tasty. Tents were clean. This was my best camping experience in Jaulangi village Tehri. It was an amazing experience. The campsite was so good, decent prices, go for it. Overall very nice experience. Highly recommended. Loved the service. In one word I just want to say "Awesome"... You must come and enjoy the camp, boating. Would love to visit this camp again !!!

The location of Jaulangi village is quite beautiful from where you can see the bridge of dobra chanti as well as the view of Tehri lake. And one special thing, the food service here is very respectable.. Must visit once

Camping at Jaulangi Village View Point is a great experience... great host ready to help with everything and food was delicious like home food(thandi me garam garam khana).... The view from camp site is really awesome... surrounded by hills and best view is sunrise u can't miss that(do come and check it urself best sunrise view ever seen).... Tents were cozy and clean.. did so many campings but this is the best experience.... This viewpoint is located on the Rishikesh- Uttarkashi route. The stunning views would force every traveler to halt at this edgy road point for enjoying the scenic beauty around. It's a perfect place for nature photography as it offers some excellent subject elements such as; a beautiful village settlement on the mountain slopes, eye-catching sprawling Tehri Reservoir, spectacular green valleys all around the reservoir, a colorful bridge across the dam on the left side, and the multilayered mountains, and above all the mighty Himalayan glaciers. There is a shop that offers green tea and delicious food (pahadi khana) etc.

Awesome experience... Worth for money and time.. u will get the best view of nature from here. Well arranged camping with all facilities and tastiest food. Loved it.. will visit this place again..

Homestayed at jaulangi with my wife and son on 13 and 14th oct 2020. Great hosts, they ensured to make it feel like home . Experienced local cuisine ,simple yet memorable taste and the way it was served made us feel ATITHI DEVO BHAVAH. Got a fair glimpse of Uttarakhand's conventional village layout and their culture. Did a trek to Annapurna mata temple with host which was full of scenic beauty. Very humble and eager to explain and help type hosts. Never expected such a nice experience at a very reasonable price.

Very nice and beat place for camping, it has got great lake side view.
