Ginger Pantnagar

Stay was comfortable. Rooms are not much specious but as per location its good. Service was too good. All staffs are helpful. I forgot my earrings in hotel room and ahead for Almora. They keep it safe. At the time of returning home we collect it. Thanks to Ginger management team and all the staffs.

We had a pleasant stay at Ginger Pantnagar. The service staff Neha, Suraj, Lalit, Harish, Alok were very hospitable. Rooms were clean and all amenities were provided. It is just 15 minutes from the airport which is really nice. Highly recommend this place.

I am from Costa Rica and was there for work with two more friends from Dominican Republic. I was there from 2nd to 8th March 2025. The only negative aspect of the hotel is that it needs to be repainted. Otherwise the staff is attentive and friendly. It's well located. There's a mall at 300 mts only. They clean well your room. Room beds are good. Breakfast is Indian food and very well made. The chef does an excellent work. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Patnagar.

It is good place to stop over stay. But bit lower than the standard of Tata brand. Much more need to do if management respect Tata brand. ||Hower staff is doing there best to extend support to guests. One young Neha is so welcoming with her smile . She is doing far more than her responsibility.she is supported by Akash ,Raju ,Lalit and Nandan. |Happy with restaurant staff but big disappointment with front desk staff .hotel basics infra up keeping and their reluctance towards guest. ||Front desk staff need to learn basics of hospitality industry.

Overall stay experience was good. Clean room & bed lining. Got my memory of Ginger Mysore refreshed.|Pleasant location...lot of open space around the hotel. One can enjoy morning & evening breeze:|Staff is very friendly, especially, Mr. Suraj, Mr. Harish & Mr. Akash.|Thanks for the hospitality.

On the good side ... Neha at the restaurant did a great job and the food was amazing. She was a little pushy about us writing a review at that very moment. But that is just a training issue. ||Right at the entrance is a rodent trap visible for all. So tells you what problems might exist. ||The rooms are dumpy. The pillow covers were unclean. Clearly never washed before new guests arrival. The comforter and sheets dont feel clean. The towels had a smell. ||There was no running water in the shower. One had to call downstairs for them to turn on hot water. Call in advance. Cant believe this is a Taj property. Think twice before staying here. The only thing working is that the staff is sweet.

Good hotel for short stay and stop over. Good service in restaurant by Suraj and Neha. Has functional electric charger for car. Food is good and reasonably priced.
