To Much better location and much more peaceful place. Agreed with the hospitality. And the behavior of reception manager was calm and polite like as a nature. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the beautiful nature. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the Haidakhan temple. I recommend to Bala Shankar Resort for staying. Outdoor view like as Paradise.

The worst ever experience!!! They are fooling people so bad... there is no facilities they have mentioned. We booked deluxe room with facilities like mountain view, bathtub n all but as you can see the pictures there's nothing like that & when we asked them they said we have same rooms there's nothing like category plus the washrooms were smelling, they don't have clean drinking water n also they are serving water in bottles, i mean really!! do we have booked any cheap lodge or what??? Also, the location was not safe. Never book this hotel for your stay, you will regret it. The positive reviews are not real they are all fake. I thought not to believe the reviews but we ended up regretting.

As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the Haidakhan temple. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. If someone wants to visit the temple then they could directly walk down along and reach the temple within 10 minutes. Our stay at the hotel was just for one day one night. It's nice great feeling memorable

We booked a stay for this property via MakeMyTrip but we were denied stay as they didnt took that booking as a confirmation and asked us to re book with them directly by paying amount set by them. I had booked the same place with Oyo too but same response. So better please plan for your travel accordingly. Cons 1. Inefficient staff 2. No proper parking space it's on road 3. No housekeeping for carrying your luggage 4. No bills being provided for the stay 5. Water bottles are charged more then MRP price Plus points 1. Clean rooms with clean beds

Booked this property using oyo and after reaching there owner was not ready to give us the occupancy. He kept denying us and was asking us to reach oyo customer service only. He was very rude and said no rooms are available even when property is showing rooms available over Oyo app. He kept saying us to move out of property without any valid reason.

I visited this hotel with my friends including some girls....and it was 7Pm these guyz didn't gave us rooms we have paid the money money......bhut buri service i will not suggest to visit this place.......at the last moment they will say that rooms are full even when the roooms are not booked....they just care about money so they want u to pay more n more money to get the rooms........they left us with no choice at 7pm...that was really unacceptable
