OYO 48952 Himani Nature Heart Resort

Very poor service, did not got basic facilty like mobile charging ppoint, hot water. Hotel staff demanded charges even for providing a plate. Hotel satff/ caretaker Suraj is a local goon. Stayed here for one day, although we had booked the hotel for 3 days. Got our money refunded after a lot of fight with hotel satff and the owner. I strongly recommend to stay away from this hotel if you want a good vacation.

The owner and caretaker are local level Gunda, they'll take Advance and then refuses to provide services. Caretaker Suraj is abusive and half minded crack. Food is most expensive compare to other local restaurants and if you'll refuse to have food at their(Himani) restaurant, they'll turn off the MCBs of your room and then try to charge guests in the name of electrical fault done by guest. Owner is two faced personality

There is this caretaker Suraj in this Hotel, he's rude, abusive and try to steal your belongings. He's illiterate and try to blackmail you. Beware of this person and hotel owner has blind trust on him. Pathetic service, he's gonna charge you even if you'll ask for a plate or any utensil. Stay away from this resort.

Rude Staff and Thieves. Found our stolen bag in caretaker suraj room. Owner is also gunda, will take your money and for any service he'll simply say aise rehna hai raho, warna chale jao aur paise bhi waapis nahin honge. Mai local hoo yahan ka. He's thug and if you'll ask for extra towel, he'll charge you for that in the end, or will take your bag.

It was my bad that i dint read the review before booking this Hotel. The staff of this hotel is very bad. Spiders and webs were there in the rooms and the staff outrightly ignored the request. I was charged extra for asking extra Soap. Also there was no water in the morning and there was no staff available to whom i could request. Never going to recommend this hotel.

Stayed for vacation with family. The staff misbehaved with us and also with other guests also. We had to leave hotel next day, although our stay was planned for three days. Money wasted

We liked this place very much, service is also good. We enjoyed at bonfire area . worthful as per rate. Much better than nanital's hotel. Good for family , bachelors both. Staffs are also helpful. Overall I found good.

I had a very bad experience, the owner asked me and my family to leave the hotel as we were demanding basic services like hot water, charging point etc.. although we had booked it for 3 days.
