Elwood Resort Pangot

I stayed this property on 19th March 2022 with my family and I had a terrible/worst experience in this property. The owner itself was too rude (Mr. Garg). I got cold dinner, when I complained for it, he said this is what we got. (Potato sabji, Daal & Tandoori Roti) That all in Dinner. No snaks. Pathetic smell was coming in the rooms that 1 can not stay for a minute. In the morning, please check water availability before using the rest rooms. My case I didn't checked and finally got to know there was no water. When asking waiters for service, their answer "Aur bhi bahut guest hain app akele nahi ho" , this was said when I waited for 20 min after asking to arrange the table and chair to sit. They charged Rs.5000/room/night for such pathetic facility and such a bad property and on the top worst behaviour. Hospitality ke naam pe ek bhaut bada Dhabba. Conclusion : Please don't book this Hotel if you don't want to spoil your vacation.
