The Cocoon Camps & Nature Resorts, Pangot, Nainital

I Visited CoCoon Nature Resort this Dec with Family, I am here to write my Genuine Review about this beautiful place: Situated in lap of Nature, It's an awesome place to stay and make wonderful memories. Best part is its Location and natural view. This property perfectly blends luxury with nature's tranquility. The rooms were nicely maintained, spacious, and tastefully designed, offering modern amenities while retaining a touch of heritage charm. and best part is delicious Food, U can't stop yourselve without mentioning it here. We had a fantastic time and a fantastic place. Must to visit resort

The hotel does not live up to its advertised image. While the view is indeed stunning, accessing it requires climbing 25-30 steep stairs, and additional stairs are needed to reach your room. This makes it an unsuitable choice for elderly guests. While the staff is helpful, the manager and management seem indifferent to the condition of the property and the quality of services. Basic amenities, such as a first aid kit, were lacking when a family member sustained a minor injury due to faulty chairs in the hotel. Overall, I would rate this experience 0.5 out of 10.

This place lying amidst the hills is the best for staying which is not connected to the city of pangot. It provides an extremely beautiful view of the mountains. The staff is extremely friendly and pays heed to all the minute necessities of the visitors . The food is very delicious and for the caffeine addicted people like me ...the coffee is also very good ..the weather was chilly ...as I visited in November. The place is safe for kids above 5 .. I hope to come back here with my friends and family . Thank you so much for giving us a memorable stay !

Pathetic experience as the room did not have intercom working, no mobile network. No TV remote. Nothing for kids. Food facility was very limited. Number of staff is less however they keep on taking the bookings for their cottages.

It's a beautiful property with an amazing view. The staff was very cooperative and helpful! I enjoyed my stay and would love to go back again in the future

Firstly please note that you have to climb at least 20 steep steps to reach the property and another 10 to your room. In case you have knee problem etc pls completely avoid this. If you get a confirmation e-mail from agoda without making payment they don't honour it, so make sure you pay some amount at the time of booking to ensure the manager doesn't harass you. Staff is good but the manager is stuck up and doesn't cooperate in anything. However view and food is top notch.

Located around 3 kms from pangot village. Nice resort to relax in hills. Good and tasty food in genuine rates are available. Staff is humble and cooperative.

"I had a very disappointing experience with the reception staff. The receptionist was extremely rude and displayed a terrible attitude. His behavior was unprofessional and left a negative impression. I hope management will address this issue to ensure better service in the future."
