LaSerene The Cottage

Went there with my family and spent two days in this beautiful place. The best part about this property is its location and it's mountain facing view. The silence of the place was mesmerising. One could hear the birds chirping all through. While the location of the property is excellent, the approach road (about the last 2 km or so) is a bit challenging .... This challenge did not pose much of a problem, as the property was very safe (we were three women and our small pet). All the staff members Sundar, Ujjwal, Manoj and others were fantastic, especially the manager Mr. Balwant Singh, who was super good. Before our travel he assured us that he would arrange everything very meticulously and he delivered whatever he promised. We received personalised attention from all the members of the staff and the service was excellent, despite the challenging terrain... Food was simple yet fresh, at the right temperature and tasted good. Will definitely revisit the place for a very peaceful environment, far from from the maddening crowd of Delhi. Keep it up Guys!!!

Peaceful and Perfect Stay at LaSerene Cottages Had a wonderful stay at LaSerene Cottages with my family. The hospitality was warm, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very hygienic. The food was delicious, and the view from the property and room was simply breathtaking. It's the perfect peaceful getaway--highly recommended!

One of the best stay. Staff were very polite and always available. We reached in chilling early morning and they provided room heater immediately. Hospitality was awesome. Hanging bed was the USP and my kids enjoyed it a lot. Perfect location in Nature's lap. However approach road is little bit damage and only JIO network is available. Highly recommend for those who wants to spend time in peacefulness and away from crowds...

Went their with a group of 8 and took 4 cottages. I must say that cottages are at wonderful location and were clean with good hygiene. The staff is really helpful especially the manager. They were making sure that everyone is having a perfect time. Food is also good be it Veg or Non-Veg. Though it will appear a bit difficult to reach, but once we reached we had a great time during entire stay.

Beautiful views, nice clean spacious rooms, good food, very helpful staff , with Manager Sh Balwant ji taking care of everyone personally makes your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The place has a decent parking, good Wifi connectivity. The rooms overlook beautiful landscape. Will recommend for a stay. Tip for the travellers, the place is 3 kms down from Pangot, take a left turn at Pangot or ask any shop there and will guide you, the road is little tight drive slow but once you once you are in property all that is gone.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this resort, the staff is very polite, their hospitality is amazing and the food is delicious. The cottages are clean and spacious and the views are spectacular. A must visit place if you are a nature lover and want to relax and enjoy the views and have a peaceful stay with your loved ones
