Very Disappointing Experience at Kumaoni Karavan Camps & Resort I had a very bad experience staying at Kumaoni Karavan Camps & Resort. The service and quality were far from what I expected, especially considering the prices they charge. They charged much higher rates than usual, and I felt completely cheated, as there were no other options nearby to consider. Before I booked the rooms and made the pre-booking payment, they were extremely polite and accommodating. However, once the payment was done and I arrived, everything changed. The rooms were not at all as described, the food was subpar, and the overall facilities were disappointing. When I expressed my concerns, they casually told me that I could leave and find another place to stay - an option that wasn't really feasible once I had already paid. The lack of customer care and transparency was appalling. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. It's overpriced, with poor service, and the management's attitude once you've paid is appalling. Extremely disappointing experience. I'll definitely never stay here again!

The location is quite at a tuff terrain,still it is laced with all amenities and is secure also.Its a perfect weekend getaway for couples,family and friends.Overall, a great experience with room for culinary enhancement.

I had a pleasant stay at this resort. The hospitality was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. However, the one area that could use improvement is the taste of the food. While the variety was decent, some dishes didn't quite hit the mark in terms of flavor. Overall, a great experience with room for culinary enhancement.

Food was really really good. Very well cooked. Food rates are little high like a bread toast will cost you 100 bucks and boiled egg is 25. Preparation was awesome and staff of very humble. Last 2 km road is in bad shape.

This place is great off beat and quite secluded for family ,the staff are very courteous rooms are clean and neat with a great view, great food but the flip side is they are damn slow it takes 2 hours for your ordered food to be delivered and there is major problem of hot water here, they say voltage is an issue but only switch on the generator when u call them repeatedly. My family had to leave without taking a bath as there was no hot water here which is very much a necessity in the cold season. I had to take water from solar even on day 1 of my stay which was just about Luke warm. PS: the road leading to the resort is nearly 3km & non existent and it's more of a Jeep track your preferred mode of transport should be an SUV. Also beware if you have drivers along they don't have much facility for them.

Very nice and well maintained resort. Staff is courteous and very helpful. Food is very delicious and fresh prepared as per order. Looking for peaceful stay with nature pls visit.

Visited during middle of Oct, the location was perfect for detox the mind, the hotel staff were excellent. The views were outstanding. Children had good time , had lots of indoor and outdoor games. Food were also not bad. Overall it was worth staying at this property on the lap of Himalayas.

It was fun and we had a very good time, The food and snacks were very good in taste and well presented. Very good location for vacation for families and friends highly recommended from my side.
