I booked 2 room in this hotel that totally waste of money issue of bathroom issue of clean issue most of thing please don't waste your money only one staff work in a hotel service is to late and only room is available in a hotel not food if you want to eat you have to go outside so totally bad don't come here don't waste your money

We stayed at Tehri Himalaya Residency for one night only. ||||The hotel is primarily a large (by hill standards) Banquet hall but with guest rooms on two floors below. The hotel does not have a formal restaurant but does have a fully functional kitchen to serve the banquet hall and the guest rooms. So only room service is possible. However, if you do not wish to eat your meals in your room, you may ask the reception to setup table(s) in one corner of the hall and meals can be served at the table. However, bear in mind that this is not restaurant service. ||||To be fair to the hotel, I would like to add that the staff is friendly enough to make you feel comfortable and at home. Managing Director - Mr. Siddiqui goes out of the way to ensure that each guest / family is attended to and the demands / requests served upon with minimum delay.||||We had both the dinner and the next day breakfast at the hotel. the food was good in taste and probably excessive in quantity. The rates were reasonable.||||The rooms were average in style and decor. The beds were comfortable though the linen could be cleaner. Bathrooms could be cleaner. ||||The location of the hotel is bang behind the bus terminus and hence could be very convenient for people traveling light by bus.

Kindly avoid this hotel any any cost. It was constructed 2-3 years ago, however still needs a lot of finishing touch. When you find a fist size spider in the bathroom, you know that the room needs a good cleaning. The bedsheets and pillow covers were stained. The view outside the balcony was of the bus depot. All the rooms were vacant when I went. At the reception I found a bunch of teenagers. The place lacks cleanliness and hygiene. The rent is around 3k max. Food is fine as well.

The hotle was good ..I booked a vip room but I faced a lot of issues with the shower ...the water was not clean and all ....bathtub was there in my room ..room service was good ..I haven't tried the food ...but I stayed 2 nights and 3 days ...all the tourist spots were near too me..

This hotel has the best view to provide in this region. The food is excellent and rooms are clean as well. They also have a small garden and the dinning area also has a good view.The staff were humble and polite . All n all it was a good experience for us.

One of the best hotel in new tehri. Pros- good location, neat and clean rooms, in the middle of the market, corteous and helpful staff. Staff tries best to help you. Value for money. Cons-shortage of staff leads to delays in fulfilment of guest's needs, delay in getting food, toilets need some upgradation. But still one of the best hotel in new tehri. Close to tehri dam and water sports activities.

I have booked two deluxe rooms in this hotel in May 2018. Make my trip gave me the price of the hotel as 2300. The hotel pamphlet says the deluxe rooms is available at 1200. There are no lifts hence difficult for parents. No parking available. you will have to park on the road.Rooms stink as there is no ventilation and AC. ||||I reached here at around 4pm with my father and two small daughters. The manager Mr Siddique said he doesn't have any rooms. We had to stay in one make shift rooms for the whole night 5 persons.||Later in the morning, when we asked for breakfast for kids, they made us wait for one and half hours. I asked when the kids starting crying and he started shouting. ||It was absurd and this time i also got upset. Then he started shouting that he will call the police and get me jailed. ||I had to run out from there as didnt wanted to get into any hassle. ||||Thankfully when i told my complete story make my trip refunded me the full amount. But please be careful and avoid this hotel. Its dirty and staff is very abusive.
