Hotel Shiv Palace

The stay was really good and the staffs are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Makes you feel like home. The hotel food was also good and have reasonable price. Paneer Pakoda and Chai is a must try here. I'm really glad I met Rohit and Yaspal bhai here who made my stay really comfortable and enjoyable. If you are in New Tehri then place is a good choice.

Half the hotel under construction. Rooms and food are very basic with no complimentary amenities like towels or drinking water. Cleanliness is maintained well and staff is attentive

Stayed here as part of the Tamil Nadu Rowing Team for National Games 2025. Pretty decent place for this price. No complaints about the rooms. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned everyday. The 2 staff they had Rohit & Raja were outstanding, always ready to help with a big smile on their face.

Room and toilet both are hygienic and so clean. The Service was awesome in reasonable price. Food was also good. Surely recommend it to family and friends..!!!

I was a little skeptical looking at the hotel from the outside, but I was left in awe by how well the staff has maintained it. Inside, it is squeaky clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is well-spoken, polite, and always ready to help with just one call. The rooms were neat and clean, equipped with everything you'd expect from a good hotel (comparable to 5-star service). The lake view from the balcony was mesmerizing, adding to the overall charm. They also had board games in the main hall, which was a nice touch. The food was incredibly tasty, adding another highlight to our stay. Loved everything about this hotel. If you're visiting New Tehri, this place should be your top choice!
