Valley View Resort - Kanatal

We stayed near the Valley view resort which is also owned by the same owner. It was a great experience staying there. Hotel manager and staff was very supportive. They even helped me wash my car. The view from the balcony was super awesome.

Excellent staff and behavior. Views of the Himalayan ranges are very clear even from the cottage rooms. The stay was great, the rooms are very well maintained and clean. Foods are too good. The owner is a very humble person and will wish to stay again.

One of the best place to enjoy the valley plus Himalaya view..gives you the feel of true nature. When we take a look from tha balcony of the room it feels like nature is in our hands. Soo beautiful and majestic... It have the best cuisine with a very friendly stay and at the same time very professional It's a place which if visit once you fell like coming again and again Truly recommended to visit if you love nature...!!!

One of the best view you can get. Unblocked and uninterrupted view of the valley and Himalayas... The property has 3 well maintained and beautifully done cottages. We had booked all the 3 cottages to us. The best part is the panaromic view windows which gives an awesome view from the comfort of the cozy bed. Additionally all 3 cottages has a big balcony which makes you feel connected to the nature when you sit out. One of the cottage is a suite which has a seperate drawing hall. The food is home cooked. You ask for anything and it will be good. We stayed there for 2 nights 3 days and we tried mutton, chicken and egg in non veg. In veg we tried palak paneer, dal palak, mix veg. All of them were sumptious. Bfast and snacks also have some finger licking items. My fav were the mix pakodas... I used to sit out with a cup of hot tea and pakodas.... blissss..... The helpers are very kind and good. Always available for any help... they helped us to book cars to local tour too.... All in all.... value for money and one of the best property in Kanatal...

If you want to explore the nature, that's the ultimate destination for you. I went there on April 25, the weather of india was so hot during that time. But once I reached there I felt as if it was winter season of central India. The view I found from the windows and balcony was awesome and the most important thing, the staff and inhouse food, I never found sach a cooperative staff and delicious inhouse food.

New hotel, hence a few basic facilities lacking such as hooks for clothes to hang on, no intercom. Very friendly and helpful staff. View better than most other resorts in the area. Bone chilling cold.... But room heaters were provided

Enjoyed our 5 days stay at Valley View Resort , very peaceful with beautiful Himalaya range view . Good place do to yoga , family get together and enjoy delicious food . Only 2 hr drive from Dehradun Airport :).....We are planning to visit again ......cheers

I stayed at Valley View Resort in Feb 2021. It has very nice location and paradise for nature lover. I stayed in family suite and Cottages are very luxury and very spacious. Hospitality was exceptional and Anil was very helpful and polite. Overall best place to stay here if you are searching a place close to nature and peaceful.
