OYO 26886 Hotel Gaurav Palace

Clean and well ventilated rooms Although it is little old property , so you have to compromise with some extra services like room cattle , heater and shower. They also have delux rooms. I observed some issues in every rooms like missing exhaust fan , shower and door lock. Overall good place to stay. Safety , room services , wi-fi and location are plus points.

It's located away from char dhaam yatra route. Rooms are Ok, nice view of Tehri dam. They don't serve tea- coffee and other meals. Room tarrif is very reasonable. TV was not working.

As per the charge taken, only small piece of soap was provided no other toiletry kit was given. Not electric kettle. In this price range they should at least provide proper toiletry kit

Yesterday we stayed there for one night .It is just opposite to the bus stand.So location was good. Rooms were clean with a good view.But drinking water was not good,so better take mineral water from outside.Ample of shops nearby so it is a good place to stay. Overall it was a good stay.

We were not allowed to give review after stay .As the height of insincerity and inhumanity is that neither the hotel nor OYO bothered to inform the customer of self initialed cancellation for fulfilling their own self interests. It was mere luck that to gather some information from hotel about food I called on 23rd June night and was the judgement that your booking for 25th June stands cancelled. On enquiring from both hotel and OYO what about informing customer.There were most unjustified reasons. My review is a warning for persons with family . Don't ever book this hotel.

If you are planning to visit here, please don't use OYO,makeMyTrip or any other agent app. Hotel didn't accept the booking from the OYO and MakeMyTrip, Come directly and make booking. Clean hotel, well manner hotel staff. I will recommend to visit here Thanks
