Hotel Tapovan Ganga view

Great location, easy accessibility. Hotel with a nice view of the Ganga river from the balcony. The moment I open the room and go to the balcony- straight a way one word came in my mind - absolutely breathtaking. Got really hot water for the bath and owner and staff are really supportive. The food they served was mind blowing as they didn't offer potato.

Very bad service... The manager/owner is very rude. No hot water, geysers are switched off and only works for 1 hour in morning based on the whims of the manager. The generator is not switched on if there is light outside, even though the inside rooms are dark and stuffy - no fans no lights when there is no electricity.

Very neat and clean rooms , bathroom is also very clean.The view of front is very nice ....The food quality is good. The owner's behaviour and also stuffs is very polite and helpful to happy all the moment.......

I have booked one room for night stay. View of ganga form here was really wonderful. Room was cleaned and spacious. Beds sheets was well cleaned and beds was comfortable. I have feed sleep like home. Staff was helpful and cooperative.

The USP is location... overlooking Bhagirathi river. The staff were friendly & cooperative. Owner is very good & concerned about the guests. Overall a good experience.

Third class hotel i have ever seen.no facilities at all.very dirty room and toilet.i suggest dont book this hotel.|Very roude staff.i have packege with map plan.but no kitchen in this hotel. And they provide out side food.
