Hotel was booked by my travel agent Triplanza. The room initially booked was Quad sharing and when asked to provide another room as the one booked was not good, hotel staff was very rude and they didn't even responded to our concerns. Washroom door knob was not working, power cut off in night and backup was even not started. The Restaurant where they server food, quality of food was also not good. They even didn't change the sheets and pillow covers although we asked them multiple times and ignored our request until unless our travel agent called them. Very slow and unresponsive staff.

Hotel devansh made my trip worthy without any hesitation you can visit this hotel there is no issues about safety and security. In very reasonable price you can find a luxurious rooms with all the facilities and necessities. Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 Rooms Rooms are very luxurious and room facilities are excellent. The view from the rooms are very peaceful and beautiful, the view is of river side. All the necessities are fullfill by the hotel. Their staffs are also very kind and good in nature.

Where do I start. Second worse place triplanza booked for us during our char dham Yatra. - Got the location last minute. Triplanza changed the hotel at the last minute, and there was a big difference from what they promised during the initial booking. - Rooms were fine. - The washroom was not clean and the taps had loose fitting difficult to work them. - The staff was very rude, like you can't expect a straight answer. - The food was bad and you have to go to the resort across the road for food. - Too far from Uttarkashi main market 7km approx which makes it tedious to visit or explore during small break. Overall, if you can avoid don't make a booking here. For the price they charged it was not worth it. Rather take a stay in Uttarkashi main city.
