We had most comfortable stay at Ashdale. Mohan ji from F&B looked after us and we enjoyed the hospitality. We had special festive needs regarding food which was well looked after by the chef and his team. We will be surely coming back for yet another exciting stay!

It was a very pleasent experience, right from the check in to checkout. Every one was ready to help us. The kitchen took cate of our dietary preferences. Mr. Mohan from the restaurant was very caring and made sure that my kid enjoyed every meal. Looking forward to my next visit here.

We had visited in Mar '25 and stayed for 3 days. a very pleasant experience. The room, ambiance, service was excellent. The restaurant food was awesome. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.|It was our first visit to Nainital and experience wouldn't have been better.||Will love to visit again and stay in Ashdale.

Unfortunately, did not meet my expectations even for a standard 3 star hotel. I believe the rate of 4k per night is more than sufficient for such a property. Avoid paying anything more than 4-5k per night. Limited dinner options (menu attached) - no buffet available. Additionally, the breakfast was cold and lacked basic variety, which is not what I would expect from a hotel of ITC. On a positive note, I must commend the restaurant staff for their courage and the good taste of the food. However, despite this, I still feel that the price of 4k per night is appropriate for this property.

The staff was great . The housekeeping where very helpful and answer all our question the room was clean and bride MG room services was always on time will be coming back. Special thanks to Mr Vimal Mehra was very cooperative. Thank you so much

Apart from the food which was delicious, the service provided by the FnB department and administrative department is commendable. They were excellent in their job and very welcoming. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were also well maintained. Highly recommended.

The best food by far in Nainital . Classy and elegant interiors with the most comfortable rooms with a very responsive staff .|Observing the most beautiful bird species from your room balcony ,a must for bird watchers. Visit this stunning place when in Nainital
