The Pavilion, Nainital

The hotel has no great amenities or services. Location is nice as it is nearby mall road. Otherwise, nobody in their right mind should book this hotel if you are use to some great hospitality and services. The buffet spread is very limited or i can say there is no spread. Highly unmanaged as there is only 1 guy to manage servings.

The hospitality in this hotel was exceptional. They have dine-in restaurant with great food and ambience. The property is vintage and has many great photography spots. Housekeeping was good as well, Mr. Balam made sure that our stay at hotel was smooth. Because of him i would rate my stay with 5-star. Even though rooms in the hotel can be more cleaner.

The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and exuded a charming heritage ambiance. A special mention goes to Mr. Balam, a staff member who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His friendly demeanor, attentiveness, and customer-focused approach truly stood out. He was always ready to assist with a smile, making us feel at home. Overall, The Pavilion Hotel offers excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nainital and look forward to returning in the future.

The stay was very awesome. Very good staff. Service from Mr. Balam catering team was very supportive. We had kid but the room with garden view made our vacation pleasant. Food was good. All other staffs were very good and helpful. I will recommend this hotel if you have family with kid.

Mixed experience overall. The hotel has a fantastic location--close to Mall Road, Tibetan Market, restaurants, and attractions like the ropeway, Naina Devi Temple, and zoo, many within walking distance. We enjoyed our four-day stay. Had plenty of parking. Room service was slow and needed follow-ups. Food was average; we mostly dined out. Rooms felt dark and a bit creepy, though clean. Bathrooms were smelly too and need upgrades and better maintenance. The heater worked well. The outdoor area and balcony views were excellent. Overall, a good stay with room for improvement. Hotel price was high compare to their facilities.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel The Pavilion in Nainital. Our accommodation in the Family Suite 112 was very nice, offering comfortable and spacious quarters. The hotel staff, particularly Balam, was incredibly helpful. While the overall experience was positive, there is room for improvement in housekeeping, as sheets and towels were not changed daily and drinking water bottles were sometimes missing after room service. The hotel's location is conveniently situated, with required parking available, which added to our convenience. Despite minor issues, our overall stay was very enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend Hotel The Pavilion to others looking for a comfortable stay in Nainital.

My second visit to this city. Last time I stayed at another hotel(Himalay) of same firm . This time my stay was much much better. We booked a family room , Rufous bellied Location - good Ambience - good Service - good Quality of room - good , clean and very spacious Parking - yes They even have a kids playground & small garden. Only one point, this is located on other side of lake but nearer to market and temple. Highly recommended for stay if looking at heart of city

Rooms- Rooms look pretty good from outside but surely not worth from inside when you pay 5k for room. Service- Hospitality will not make you feel good if you are someone who expects to be treated good at a hotel like this. Location- Location is good as it is near to Mall Road and all other things are near by but there is no view from there room. You will feel getting packed into it without any windows.
