The Imperial Green

We had a stay at Imperial Green from 2nd May to 6th May. Location is very good but very difficult for elderly people to climb the stairs & very congested for one car to enter into the hotel as the road is very narrow so it becomes very difficult. Hotel staff & management was very supportive, services was excellent especially Mr. Rajendra Bisht was very supportive. There was little problem of hot water as it comes in a gap of 15 to 20 mins in the washroom. Food was excellent. Overall very nice experience of the hotel. Thanks

Nowhere close to value for money. Super overly charged. Totally NO NO with family I stayed for a day, and had most challenging experience ever. Road to reach hotel was so narrow that normal car can't reach. Had to do up& down 100 steep odd steps to reach Mall Road. It's not easy for a guy like me who is 25 years old. Food was below standard, had to go to nearby hotel and climb 25 odd steps to reach their canteen. Only good thing was room, most likely the hotel is new so room was comfortable. The view was also good.

Overall overwhelmed by the hospitality of entire hotel team. I would like to add a especial thanks note for Rajendra Singh Bisht ji for his behaviour for room services, dining and every thing. Kamal ji also helped in lugauge and night services. Best wishes and all the best for smiling faces Naveen, aakriti at front office. I on half of my family is thankful to them Dr. Hemant Petwal.

Nice hotel, good food. Enjoyed with my family. Best part is room heater. One can enjoy this hotel with ones family. Lake view is also there. Few stairs we have to climb to come to this hotel. But it's very near from mall road.

Good place to stay in nanital . Mr. Naveen the manager and all staff very nice and cooperative. Good and comfortable stay and peaceful. Go for lake side view rooms . Mr. Naveen is a gentle and hardworking person here. Love to visit again soon .

Rooms - Hotel rooms are very nice and spacious, room service was pretty good Food - food is good, fresh and tasty Location - the road to reach property is a bit narrow and very steep, if you are coming by your own vehicle, hire a external driver if you are not an expert !

I had a horrible experience at The Imperial Green. First of all, the hotel is located too far inside, making it difficult for cars to access. The shortcut to the hotel has around 60-70 steps, which makes it extremely inconvenient for families traveling with elderly people or kids. The hotel's restaurant is in a separate building, requiring guests to walk up a steep slope and climb around 25 steps just to get there. This was highly inconvenient. The geyser dispensed hot water for only two minutes, forcing us to take cold showers for three days. When we raised this issue with the reception, they offered to provide a bucket of hot water, but it never arrived. Additionally, the heater was not working at all. During check-in, we found that the used towels from previous guests had not been replaced, and there were no tissue rolls in the washroom. The staff was unfriendly and unbothered, showing no concern for guest comfort. The breakfast service was poorly managed--it was never arranged on time and, to make matters worse, the food was completely tasteless. Overall, I strongly advise against booking this hotel. It is a complete waste of money and does not offer the comfort or accessibility that travelers expect.
